The carpet smelt old the variety food was limited
Staff was great at check-in.
It was dirty. Everywhere. The lobby, the elevator, the hallways. The pool was out of service. The ice and vending room had a bag of trash in it that had been torn open and dug through by rodents. It was there our entire stay. The bartender appeared to be on drugs. The room had ants all over the bathroom and larger dead bugs on the carpet. The ironing board was filthy and unusable. At checkout, the staff member handed me a receipt and walked away with no opportunity to share how filthy our experience was. We did not feel comfortable eating the included breakfast. Next time, we'll sleep in the car if this hotel is the only option.
Very Clean

Nice location and friendly staff
Carpet was not vacuumed and bathroom door had been damaged/patched and didn't shut easily.
It was okay.
The female desk receptionist would not accept my AAA discount. And I know their supposed to accept it. I didn't show it in time when I checked in. So, I was not allowed to get the discount. Yes, I am 80 years old and not as quick
It was close to my destination
Smelly room, like dirty bathroom smell, possibly from ac unit. Incredibly humid, clothes felt damp after a few hours, needed a dehumidifier. Bugs kept getting in. No screens for widows to air out the room. Breakfast was lame.
I’m a Wheelchair and this was the worst disability room I’ve ever been in in my life. Couldn’t even get to the phone in an emergency because the way the room is laid out. Can’t get up to the door to open the door by myself because the door automatically closes and there’s not enough room to turn around the bathroom has a rolling shower, but you can’t even get in there can’t use a wire lift because they have horrible bed frames not very disabled friendly. Do not stay here if you’re disabled
Not disabled friendly rooms I would say that it’s a fire hazard can’t get your Wheelchair up over there and open the door. Don’t have enough room to turn around. I can’t get your Wheelchair in the bathroom. It meets the minimum ADA standards but that’s not fair. I couldn’t even get to the phone in an emergency because my Wheelchair couldn’t get close enough to the nightstand unless I was laying on the bed.
The breakfast had healthy options and tasted great! Atmosphere was beautiful
Prices of the rooms were very pricey. I was very insulted when they asked me for a credit card at the front desk for “essentials’ . I don’t know what essentials are and I get a feeling that they’re only certain people that get asked to leave a credit card for these weird essentials, especially since I had already paid for the room.
