The hotel is not clean There are many cockaroaches the TV doesn’t work the Sheets were dirty and the pool wasnt not working
Nothing the pool had stagnated water the place smelled horrible the beds we’re disgusting i couldn’t handle sleeping there

Air Conditioner had horrible smell.... was better to turn it off and put up with the heat!!
If you are going to charge extra for this hotel providing a pool, have the decency to lower the price or advertise it. Would not have stayed here on the fact alone. Also with traffic crews all over the place catcalling, absolutely nothing done about it
Never got to stay. The hotel refused my reservation due to system issues. So I had to leave and find other accomadations.

Roaches behind bed and nightstand trash food etc nasty. To their credit I was issued a refund but there was no way I would stay here ever

Hallways, dirty doors looked like they had been broken into, this property looks nothing like the pictures they have online
Rooms are quiet and cool, but not real clean this time. But for the price, I cant complain. Thebstaff are always very friendly.

My husband and I stayed here after driving 800 miles on a cross country trip. I had made the reservation in transit and paid for it. It took me the better part of an hour to check in as the guy behind the desk didnt know how to do it and the guy who did know how to run the front desk was in the bathroom. The hotel seemed to be in disrepair i.e. broken window and generally filthy hallways and room floor. The TV worked sporadically— kept cutting in and out— and the coup de gras? No hot water for our morning showers. I won’t even mention what looked like a burn pit in the lot next-door, with old mattresses and furniture in a pile.
Hotel owner charge me five dollar extra for using Expedia. This is a horrible crack in it should be taken off any list.
The staff was rude and indifferent. The room was NASTY! There were 2 beds and 1 had grass clippings and black curly hair between the sheets. There was dirt all over the carpet and furniture. The toilet didn’t work. Has to fill a garbage an to flush. No hot shower!

These guys charged me for a room a didnt use
Paid via expedia and still charged me for another stay at the hotel dispite having paid via expedia. They refused to do anything and hide behing 'no english'
They refused to refund me and i had to go through my bank to get refunded for things i never used and ever accepted nor agreed to.
Place is stay if you want if you don’t like just go buy cheap price witch if you pay more just to rest not to live
People parking ng work trucks in handicap parking spots without handicap signs blocking us from close parking. Had to push my wife on her walker from the farthest point of the parking lot
