It’s close to the city center
Parking is a plus
Hairs on the bed
Coffee is not included in the “free breakfast”
Nearby trains are really loud
We paid way too much for the value
The location in Spokane is great. Very walkable to the Riverfront park, shopping and restaurants. And all the super expensive overpriced hotels are right around the corner! Breakfast is served at restaurant about a block away, I recommend the breakfast burrito. The rooms were clean and there's on-site parking that's included in the room price.
Friendly helpful staff. Location near Spokane river parks. The breakfast provided was very good.
The floor in my second floor room squeaked and shifted, the bed was a bit too firm for this old body.
The breakfast was great but it was over a block away
The room needed more lighting
Guy out the counter didn’t identify as a male and he let me know it but it a snarky way Idc if that’s the way you are just book my room and go on with your day

Comfortable bed and good location to downtown Spokane
Rooms were not clean. Stains and soiling on blankets and balance
I loved the property and its proximity to downtown Spokane. Just three blocks up from the mall and so close to all the good food, coffee, shops and restaraunts as well. So endless options for stuff, though be mindful of hours on stores per usual to make sure you get there before closing.
I could see some maintenance being done to stuff like the doors, but besides that I really have no complaints. Our bathroom door had a bit of paint chipping but besides that it was perfect. Everything worked well too so a superb stay all in all.
The location is perfect for accessing basically everything you’d want to see in Spokane. Very walkable and cute.
The staff were great. Happy to help. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved the quirky murals around the walls of both thumper and especially the lower levels.
There was a seated area with free coffee and hot water with vending machines for snacks. This is close to reception so we missed it at first as we parked on the lower level, but great once we saw it!
Parking was easy enough, and if full we had use of a public parking lot across the road.
You could also watch the freight trains going by on a regular basis..first hotel i have been to that supplies ear plugs just in case, though the sound didnt bother us.
Walls were a little thin. Lighting was poor as it was all side lights again. Water pressure in the shower was poor.
Motorcyclists also seem to prefer this hotel and they could be very noisy, especially when they arrive in the wee hours of the morning with their music blaring!...Not the hotels fault I know.
Do not stay!!! Not a hotel, it’s a motel with outward facing doors to sketchy downtown Spokane. I’ve stayed in motels for $80 a night that were nicer than this place. Room smelled bad, carpet was ripped, overall just gross room. My partner and I informed the front desk who offered no apology and we decided we would rather eat the costs and leave to stay at a different hotel in Spokane valley rather than stay in that room. Only highlight of this place is the short walking distance to many restaurants, but literally just pay for parking and stay somewhere else!
