Adequate, reasonable priced.
Pros:

Coffee in room was fresh. Mini fridge and mircrowave. Clean sheets and bathroom. Tood location, great breakfast. Plenty of toiletries. Clean towels.

Cons:

No tp holder in room, weird staff, no housekeeping on the day we were there (after first night). Bed too hard. Wouldn't let us check in 8 minutes early.

Very happy with location and breakfast as well as other amenities that were offered.
Pros:

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

Cons:

The morning we were to check out, someone attempted to open our door at 7:00 am. Not sure if it was staff, but the door had been unlocked with this attempt.

Just yuck.
Pros:

Avoid this place! Rooms are disgusting. Smell like urine, surfaces appear dirty. No hairdryer, had to fix the curtains myself as they we’re not connected to the top, they’re too short and they’re dirty, initially the TV and phone didn’t work, but the staff is very nice, they got the TV fixed, but couldn’t fix the phone. This place is not worth $215 a night. 70 at best. The breakfast is down the street. Did not partake in that because I figure it’s about the same quality as the room. Stuck for another place to stay unfortunately. Would never stay here again. Oh railroad tracks are a block away so you can hear the train. You know it’s not good when they provide earplugs in the room.

Steam plant
Pros:

Stayed in the steam plant hotel on Valentines night, very easy access off of i90, hotel was fine, the proximity to the train line may bother some people, breakfast was a block and a half away but it was a nice walk, was shocked at how quiet Spokane was on the night in question though

Pros:

Everyone working here is extremely pleasant. How refreshing to always be greeted with a genuine smile and treated like a valuable guest. I will stay here every time I come to Spokane!!!
