Absolutely wonderful! The hotel and rooms have such a cool, unique vibe. But honestly, it’s the people who made it so special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a massive shout out to the reception team! They seriously went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel so extra special. We also spent some time at both the hotel bar and The Sterling bar, and wow, they are lovely. We will be back!

Great hotel, staff and location. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.

As a regular traveller to Manchester I always enjoy my stay at this hotel due to the welcoming nature and atmosphere created by the staff as always from the front desk, restaurant and concierge everyone plays a part and any issues I have during me stay if any are always sorted with a timely and efficient manner until next time all the best Martin

The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, the room was very clean and welcoming too! The restaurant (breakfast) area was beautiful, reminded me of the emerald city!

A fantastic stay at The Stock Exchange Hotel Manchester. Abeautiful luxury hotel with a lovely atmosphere and a real sense of quality throughout.

The service was exceptional the staff genuinely could not do enough foryou , nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to the concierge team who were brilliant, professional, welcoming and always happy to help.

The food and drinks were excellent too, and the location is perfect, surrounded by great shops and restaurants and everything you need within walking distance.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast, room was spacious and very well designed. Valet parking service was great. Whilst the hotel and food were beautiful, the service didn’t feel quite 5*. One of the bar staff in the Sterling Bar seemed incredibly bothered to have had to serve us drinks, we weren’t offered champagne on arrival despite other guests around us receiving that service, we were charged 4x for 2 valets…just wasn’t finessed in the way you’d expect for a 5*.

3 night stay over the recent long bank holiday weekend. Great location, very convenient for shops and restaurants.
Suite itself very well presented, clean tidy and comfortable. Only issue was with the TV which kept freezing, sorted eventually but that was the second day. Not good.
Excellent team of staff from management to housekeeping, friendly, courteous and efficient. Makes for a much more pleasant stay.
Probably the only downside was that the restaurant was a bit hit and miss, lunch on second day particularly poorly cooked fish.
However, overall an enjoyable stay and I would stay again if in the city.
