It was a decent due to the proximity of the event I was attending

Cons:

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM however wasn’t able to check in till 330 due to the fact that I was told that there wasn’t enough housekeepers to clean all of the rooms on the site. The clerk at the front desk was not warm as she did not acknowledge my or the other guests presence. She made us feel like it was our fault that the rooms were not ready. No acknowledgment, no apologies.

Eh. Nothing really.

Cons:

Old and run down like a roadside hotel from the 60’s. Wasn’t what I was expecting for a Ramada Inn.

The rooms are always clean and if we ask they will give us extra toilet paper and towels or anything we need.

The beds were hard. Door in 106 has a draft. Room was cold. If you’re going to list pool as a feature, it should be heated.
