Good location, decent hotel greedy management!

The price changes from week to week I spent $75 per night the week before and now I just schedule check-in Friday night this week and the price is more than doubled to $143.00 total ripoff ! They try to say it's Halloween weekend just ridiculous! I could see Christmas week Thanksgiving week, Halloween!

The room was gross. It was dirty and outdated. The walls were dirty and falling apart. The bathroom also was falling apart and outdated. A couple towels were dirty. The fridge was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall, a very unpleasant stay. Would not return or recommend.

A localização para nós foi estratégica, esta opção de hotel não era tão boa, somente ficamos nele pela localização.

Cons:

A qualidade do hotel é razoável, necessita de reformas e o conforto interno já não é tão bom, muito desgaste com o uso, a pia do banheiro não drena bem a agua, o chuveiro não tem muita pressão de agua, o café da manhã é simples, o espaço do café é reduzido. O colchão passou da hora de ser trocado.

The hotel is really more like a motel. it’s fine for a very short stay.

I booked the hotel thinking it was dog friendly, and when I got there, they said they only allow service dogs. They allow me to keep my small dog, but charged me extra, even though it said that the room was dog friendly when I arrived there. She also said my room wasn’t ready, even though I paid an extra $25 to check in early.

Cons:

Every time I come to this place there is an issue. The second to last time I visited the rooms were not ready until 4 o’clock, but the website says they’re available by 3, but the staff let me know that they were shorthanded like it was my fault. That’s not my fault, hire some more people.

All, my last visit the room was not clean. I let the front desk clerk know that the floor was gritty and dirty and he sent over and housekeeper and all she did was swept the floor, but no mopping. My wife asked for a mop and said she would do it herself, but the clerk told her that the maid would take care of it, but she did not the only thing she did was swept.

Also, the room was missing a chair to sit at the desk and the clerk brought me a a chair that was broken so it was unusable. I will not be visiting this location again, regardless of the proximity to the venue.
