Pros:

The air conditioner was cold and good.

Cons:

The bed comforter was stained and the sink was stopped up and lady came bye for sink but it stopped right back up later she did change the sheets& comforter. The breakfast was not good they had no meat. Eggs were not good.

I made it out alive. But me able to eat my chicken and have a shoŵ wasn't too bad. I just felt sorry for the woman getting yelled at.

Cons:

I surely don't like to wake to what looked like drug deals going down across the street. Ya that didn't feel all that safe for me or what was in my car.

All in all, we had a great stay other than the breakfast issues. We will be booking again.
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location and the room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and had very soft pillows. The TV was great and had many channels, They had free Wi-Fi.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. The first morning they only had little muffins and coffee. The second morning they had eggs that were cold and the waffle iron was malfunctioning. The third morning they had no coffee and no eggs. The bathroom door rubbed the toilet when opening and closing door, and the handle in shower fell off every time you turned the water on.

This is THE place to stay in Charlotte, NC!!
Pros:

Quality Inn & Suites University Area-Charlotte is just right off I-85...VERY easily accessed from and to the interstate! My wife and I have previously stayed here and we prefer it over ANY other motel in Charlotte! The manager and staff are GREAT...ALWAYS SUPER nice and helpful! The check-in and check-out processes are VERY easy and fast! The rooms are VERY nice, well maintained, VERY comfortable and SUPER clean! The parking area is safe and secure! The dining area is also SUPER nice and CLEAN with a wide variety of breakfast items to "get your day going"!! Finally, if you are looking for a VERY NICE place to stay for one night or more, look no further...this is THE #1 place to spend your.time...I HIGHLY recommend Quality Inn & Suites University Area-Charlotte!! Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts and feelings...See you next year!!
