Pros:

Good size room, AC worked well, lots of parking

Cons:

Checking in. I prepaid for room, but was going to be charged again. Computer system is outdated and slow. Had problems programming keys which seem to be a normal occurrence

Pros:

Desk staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Pool was in need of a clean, as was hot tub. Pool deck was very wet, to the point where it could be dangerous. Rooms were nice but shower door didn’t fully close so it was hard to keep water in. Water cooler was available at night but not through the day?

Nice location
Pros:

Nice social spaces both inside and outside. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Perfect location to all of the local wineries.

Cons:

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was yummy and lots of good choices.

Cons:

The bed was too high and the toilets too low. My elderly mother was with us and she uses a walker so both were challenging.

A lovely time ....except for the rain!!!

Everything was very nice.

Cons:

I would like to have had the $100.00 incidental charge cancelled when we were checking out. I understand that it will be cancelled over the next few days but I believe that a system should be in place where the room could be checked and the charge cancelled immediately.
