Microwave was broken no phone in room and just hooks on wall no area to hang clothes also only 1 elevator working

Our room was not too bad.i meant we had bed and 2 pillows,and coffee maker..but I knew what I was getting into as soon as walked in lobby so I requested the top floor corner room.but it was scary as hell to pass the hallway...I am glad nothing happened and we left one piece.
It was pricey for condition of the hotel.it should not be more than 50 bucks so Noone complains.vut if you charge 160 and up for a stay of course you will get worst reviews.

advertised room is very deceiving, nothing like what is pictured in the booking process. Will add pictures of the room. Please compare with their pictures. You will be shocked! Wifi did not work. Good thing my phone's data plan saved us. No microwave or coffee maker as advertised. Roaches and ants everywhere. Had to keep suitcases closed and off the floor. Any food products we placed in plastic bags so bugs would not be attracted to. people using drugs at front entrance. Only stayed the 2 nights because our flights were delayed 2 days because of winter storms. Booked this hotel as other hotels were filling quickly.

I didn’t like anything about this place It's the complete opposite of what the description said. The only thing that I liked about it’s the location
Horrible service!! If you are planning to stay more than 2 days don’t choose this hotel cause day not gonna gave you service in your room. I stayed there for 8 days vacation and i didn’t receive a service in my room not even once, I went to tell them like 5 times that I need service in my room cause I ran out of toilet paper, tissues paper, coffee, cups, literally everything 😂 the only time they went to my room is to give me a dirty and stinky towels. So I decided to go to the store and buy everything I needed. It’s not worth staying in this place I just did cause it was near where my friend's lives. Oh, and also, the elevator never worked, and I was on the fifth floor, so I had to go up and down the stairs all the time.

No respetaron el acuerdo con Booking. Se nos facturó 200 dólares de más para una habitación con una sola cama, cuando nosotros éramos 3. Microondas y televisor rotos, sin aseo en la habitación. Otros huéspedes se quejaban por el cobro de más de la estadía reservada.
