Roaches live better than ur stay

They gave us keys to someone else’s room, walked in with my teenager daughter to a complete stranger sleeping in the bed. When letting the front desk know, they acted with no concern or any sense of urgency; going to the extent of blaming the previous shift for renting a room they didn’t know was already occupied. Second room which was next to the guy we just walked in on didn’t open, after the third try we got a room, to find roaches in the bathroom, garbage in the cans. We slept barely and left at day break.

Good stay for what I needed .
Pros:

The hotel was in a safe clean area. It was located very close to the Ameris Amphitheater. I didn’t try breakfast since I slept in late. The fridge and microwave in the room were clean and worked well.

Cons:

The main door to the hotel isn’t automatic so if you’re bringing in luggage alone you’ll have to juggle the door and your belongings. The room had some stains on the carpet, the light switch, and the mirror. The bathtub has some cracking in the sealing around the tub and wall.

Definitely not worth the amount they wanna charge.
Cons:

The fact they charged me $200 damage deposit bc I rented 2 rooms but only gave me back $100 of what they owed me and told me I didn’t pay $200 when I definitely did and showed it on my bank statement.

Nice hidden gem in Alpharetta
Pros:

Close to the venue I was visiting and close to shopping if necessary.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved was a need for some “grip strips” in the tub/shower. But thankfully the grab bar was there for assistance as well.
