Big room
Hot tub wasn't hot, never cleaned our room

I was literally cool with everything except having my deposit stolen by management. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was surrounded by food and drink variety. There is a fun place for kids/family fun less than a mile away. There is an on-site pool as well. They serve breakfast every morning along with coffee, orange, and apple juice. The greeting staff when I checked in were pretty nice. It's literally right off the 99.
My red headband got wet and stained the covers in one spot on the top cover so I tried cleaning it myself with a rag which it transferred to, but any one who knows how to wash clothes knows that a quick soak and wash and it will come right out. The hotel kept my $100 deposit plus an additional $75 ($175) for "Damages" saying they know they can just wash it, but charged me that because I didn't leave the cover in the manner inwhich I found it. SMDH! The carpets need to be changed(Do NOT walk around barefoot or in white socks).My microwave smelled like burnt popcorn inside. There were a few domestic situations that took place where the police were called, while I was there (Out of the hotels control, but I didn't like it). The gym definitely needs some upgrades before someone gets a lawsuit. And again, they stole my deposit + $75 because I forced them to have to do something they should be doing anyway ; WASHING THE TOWELS AND COVERS!
