Passable stay
Pros:

Room, pillows and bed were ery nice and comfortable. Also it was very spacious which helped to feel more comfortable

Staff were polite and friendly when interacting, but some not very attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast! The quality was very poor, most of the food not really edible as were mostly highly processed. Very disappointing.

The layout of the entrance, too many steps to reach reception. Very inconvenient when you have several heavy bags - yes, there was a ramp that would take you the longest way possible.

So overall not a very good value for money.

Pros:

The staff helped accommodate us with early check-in and late check-out. Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were plenty of charging ports around the room, nice hot showers, and comfy bedding/pillows. Breakfast had a good amount of options and we loved the complimentary coffee/tea area! Also, the location was close to many sights and even a beautiful greenhouse garden across the street! We also loved the pick up-drop off area as it made it easy for our ride-share to pick us up!

Pros:

The room size is just right, clean and functional. Location is convenient.

Cons:

Food every morning is the same, does not change at all. Eggs and sausage links. I hope they change it daily

Pros:

Super friendly staff! The room was clean, had everything needed and the airport transfer worked flawlessly. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in Canada, not much variety but just enough for everyone to find something.
