The Perfect Rest Stop: Clean, Friendly, and Close to Dundas Area

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk from the vibrant Dundas area, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. To be honest, we primarily used the hotel as a place to rest after a long day of sightseeing, and for that purpose, it was absolutely perfect. The combination of its prime location, cleanliness, and hospitable service made it an ideal choice for our needs during our trip.

Pros:

Emplacement et literie parfaits. La chambre était très spacieuse et bien agencée.

Cons:

Les rideaux n’étaient pas occultants.

Petit déjeuner très moyen, d’autant plus qu’il était servi dans des couverts et dans de la vaisselles en carton.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were all really lovely. Everyone I met along the way greeted me in a genuine and friendly manner. The room was very clean and comfortable, and while I didn't have time to use the amenities, what I saw was clean and organized.

Cons:

Nothing stands out. The only thing was people putting luggage or something on the elevator really loudly at around 5am., but if they were guests that's kind of out of your control. It also wasn't so loud that it would make me reconsider staying here in the future.

Passable stay
Pros:

Room, pillows and bed were ery nice and comfortable. Also it was very spacious which helped to feel more comfortable

Staff were polite and friendly when interacting, but some not very attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast! The quality was very poor, most of the food not really edible as were mostly highly processed. Very disappointing.

The layout of the entrance, too many steps to reach reception. Very inconvenient when you have several heavy bags - yes, there was a ramp that would take you the longest way possible.

So overall not a very good value for money.

Pros:

The staff helped accommodate us with early check-in and late check-out. Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were plenty of charging ports around the room, nice hot showers, and comfy bedding/pillows. Breakfast had a good amount of options and we loved the complimentary coffee/tea area! Also, the location was close to many sights and even a beautiful greenhouse garden across the street! We also loved the pick up-drop off area as it made it easy for our ride-share to pick us up!
