Pros:

Very comfortable, bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious in a great location, breakfast was great. The 2nd shift employee, Anne, went above and beyond fir my Mom and I. She was so helpful and friendly. We loved her

The price is reasonable. Even with the issues noted, I would stay there again.
Pros:

Very convenient for our purpose. On North edge of Mount Sterling. Convenient to gas, Cracker Barrel, and Cattleman’s Steakhouse. There are a lot of construction people staying there, makes the place peaceful and Quiet.

Cons:

It seems that a lot of the place is in need of either a good cleaning, or updated/replaced. Shower head not working right ( hard water clogging) chairs badly stained, frayed fabric. Veneer peeled on corners of wood furniture, some leaving sharp edges. We were on 2nd floor, which has a few smoking allowed rooms. The cigarette smoke permeated the floor. I could smell it in our room.
The “Continental Breakfast” is lame.

Pros:

Location and the facility was very clean..

Cons:

The AC unit was very noisy and had ideosyncracies that required getting familiar with it to get the room comfortable. Once set right, it worked fine.

It was ok, kind of what I expected for the price point.
Pros:

Affordability, pool was well maintained, check in was easy

Cons:

There was a miscommunication with paperwork here the lady who checked us in and the gentleman who worked overnight weren't looking at the same paperwork, I guess? The gentleman called my cellphone i guess to check on us- I was asleep so didnt answer, and thought that we no showed. Taking showers, my husband said the water was cold and took forever to warm up, but I was the 3rd one to shower and the water was lovely. The breakfast wasnt great but I wasnt expecting it to be.
