The Breakfast bar was excellent. Tasty, cooked to order and reasonably priced. Pool and jacuzzi was awesome. Very quiet. Attached private restaurant was very good also.

The indoor/outdoor pool is nice..if you could ever use it. It is convenient that there is a restaurant on site..if the staff feels like seating you.
They have fake balconies looking into the lobby area - seems like a cool idea except you can hear every little thing. Also the walls are paper thin so either way it’s never quiet. You constantly hear the carts rolling over the brick floor (all night long) people playing air hockey and the snoring coming from the next room over. They are constantly hosting pool parties, which I get, but guests can never use the pool or hot tub. The restaurant staff is rude most nights. They decide when they are done serving people no matter the time. Then it takes forever. I waited 50 mins for ONE peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I’ve stayed there about 5 times thinking every time it would be better and will never be back.
The staff was very helpful and freindly. The room was clean. This was our second stay. Would recommend staying here.
All the staff was amazing. I want to give a shout out to the cook that does breakfast. She is a good employee and you can tell she loves her job. As for her co worker who was running the register and bring the food out to the customer she was running on attitude. First she didn’t listen to us when we ordered and secondly when she brought the food out to us on one plate Mindly when we had two orders her attitude was running high. I tried to explain our order again and yet. Again got attitude and she walked off. She proceeded to her to come back with the recipe and said this was your order. I said no and started to tell her the order again. She brought it out set it on the table without napkins and silverware. So we asked for some. At this time I asked her name and she rudely told me Joyce Adkins. Well Joyce the walked over to the register flogging her arms and left he co worker my herself with a line of customers to wait on. So shout out to that young lad who took control and showed how it was supposed to be done with a smile and positive attitude. But now mind you Joyce came back from break and told an elderly come that the breakfast bar was closed at 9:30. Which we was told later it didn’t close til 10. Good luck Joyce and Ay you be blessed with a better attitude.
The rooms are clean. The pool area was nice and relaxing
The front desk staff was very rude. She said our room would be ready in 30 mins came back well after 30 mins and she just kept adding more time for our room to be ready. Our other two rooms were ready when we arrived but she kept rolling her eyes when we would come back to try to check in after the 3:00 check in time. It was almost 4:00 by the time we were able to check in.

Check in was quick, without wait. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and priced as a good value. Although we didn't use the pool it looked the same.
There was not enough signage to guide us to the ice machine that was on the second floor as our room was on the first floor. We had to go to the front desk and ask about the ice machine.
The Atrium was beautiful. Onsite dining was a plus.
I thought the bed was a little soft.
