This is always my go to hotel when I’m in town. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and was able to relax

The pool and hot tub
Everything was fine
The hotel is actually quite comfortable and convenient, particularly given the size of the Paintsville itself. Room, hotel, and grounds were a bit dated, but clean, staff members were courteous, and parking was sufficient. The restaurant offered a really nice menu, the food was well prepared, and the server I had (Brittany) was great. I'd hoped to visit the pool and hot tub, but there was a high school band there at the same time I stayed, and I just didn't make the time to go.
The shower was generally good, but the water would suddenly and unexpectedly become extremely hot several times during each shower. I'm not sure what that was about, but it was annoying. And, as I noted, the restaurant was good, but on the last night of my stay, it seemed that they were understaffed creating long wait times to be seated and to get food to the table. The hotel also seemed VERY full that night, which I'm sure contributed to this.
Beautifully manicured and decorated! I’ve been coming here for decades and they always have clean rooms and the atrium is always decorated for the holidays or season.

Restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday. It would have been nice to not have to leave the hotel after a long drive.

Ordered a pizza and no one told me it was getting cold down by the check in.

Ramada in Paintsville is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area! We always enjoy the amenities and the staff is very helpful.
I know it seems petty, but every meal I are here was served on styrofoam with plastic forks. The meals were good and the price was nice, but plasticware is so annoying. However if that is my only complaint, I can live with that.
