Mycket trevlig, och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Det var lite kallt på rummet när vi anlände. Tog ett dygn att få upp temperaturen. Maten var lite halvtråkig, både frukost och a la carte.

Очень хороший а ля карте ресторан. Ужин, после дороги вечером можно поесть или заказать еду в номер.
Pros:

Чистота и уют. Удобное место в городе- от аэропорта и до вокзала.

Cons:

На улице идет долгий ремонт трамвайных линий и такси нужно ориентировать на правильный въезд к гостинице. Это не сложно, персонал вызывает такси и все без проблем.

Overall, nice and comfortable place to stay at. Justifies the Holiday Inn brand.
Pros:

Reception desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - a wide variety of foods, including traditional European, but overall for all tastes and preferences. Decent choice of dishes for vegetarians. All very fresh and delicious!

Cons:

Weather in Helsinki. However, the hotel provides free rental of umbrellas - very kind. Location of the hotel is a bit far away from major sightseeing places, like the Esplanade, Oodi library, market.
