Cons:

Henkilökunta ei ollut kohtelias esim kertoessaan muuttuneesta huoneen saantiajankohdasta. Varaukseni jälkeen hotelli oli muuttanut nimellä, koska sain s-postilla siitä tiedon. Aiemmin hotellissa ollut maksuton sisäänkirjautumismahdollisuus, nyt piti näyttää henkilö todistus ja hengata yli 30min jossain, näyttää toiselle virkailijalle uudestaan henkilöllisyystodistus, tupla työtä ja ärsyttävää kiireessä.

Cons:

I accidentally left a small pouch in room 212 with two glasses cases and medication inside. I sent several emails to the hotel asking about it but never received any reply. Unfortunately, I lost my glasses and my medication because of this lack of response. This situation was very disappointing, as I expected at least a reply or some assistance from the hotel.
