Hotel was cool, nice and quiet. But when I opened up my window all there was that I saw was bird poop all over it? I do like opening up my curtains and looking out the windows but in this case it was really bad. Besides that, the hotel was nice and quiet and the staff was cool.

nice hotel rubbish service from booking dot com
Pros:

On arrival the booking reference from booking dot com only booked 1 room with the hotel for 2 adults when we booked 2 rooms for 1 adult per room and the booking dot com reference say 2 rooms the hotel had only been booked in 1 room
i had to rebook on the day direct with the hotel and i still cant get a refund from booking dot com

All in all are stay was good, would have definitely been better if the pool is available.
Pros:

The location of the property was good, the cleanliness was great. And it was reasonably priced and had a lot of surrounding areas for dining.

Cons:

We booked the hotel in the summer and we were looking for a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, during our visit, the pool was unavailable. I should’ve looked into it more and called and confirmed that the pool would be usable during our stay however, I wish they would’ve had some sort of note or disclaimer before booking that the pool is going to be unavailable. Considering the main reason we chose this location was for the pool. I would’ve gotten something a little closer to our event Had I known in advance that the pool was not going to be available.
