It was clean, the rooms were spacious, hospitality from the front desk is outstanding, breakfast very tasty and fresh.
There was a big gap in the door jam to the wall of my room where you could see into my room. Didn’t realize it until I was leaving.
It’s a decent place to stay for one night if you’re on a road trip and on a budget. It was hot so the ac unit was a lifesaver.
We came in while it was dark out and we parked near the back of the place since it was closer to our room. There was a fence that looked like someone knocked over that was a little sketchy. The downstairs neighbors were a little loud and were smoking marijuana.

Pool was closed because of maintenance/ painting the building, I could not wrap.my brain around the fact that it's peak time for Grand Junction tourist season to paint the exterior in 102' temps and close the pool and balconies.. side note we were told use the pool it's being maintained...12 grandkids under the age of 19 took full advantage!

The location was good, the breakfast had a lot of variety, and it was very quiet all night.
The A/C was extremely loud. Some furnishings are getting shabby.

Access to the rooms kind of difficult. Only two entrances to building’s rooms. Walk was quite a distance to our room. There were no luggage carts in this area. Extreme heat that day made this really difficult for seniors! Had to go all the way to lobby for one. Since room distance for some is a long way, should have carts in these remote entrances.
Zimmer war groß. Pool war auch groß und warm, viele Parkplätze vor Ort! Preislich top! Viele Essensläden in der Nähe! Waren eigentlich positiv überrascht!
Es wurde gerade der Teppich renoviert, es roch daher extrem giftig nach Kleber, im Zimmer nicht gottseidank. Die haben auch bis spätnachts gearbeitet.
