Good location, clean

Cons:

We charged for a room we never stayed in. We stayed in room and were charged for two. We have been waiting a week to get a refund.and not heard back.

Close to highway

Cons:

Took over 20 minutes to check in because they said “booking” didn’t send them the right information for our check in. The room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. So we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word the people in the next room were saying. In fact they were on the phone and i could hear the person on the phone that the next room was talking to. The people next door were not yelling they were just talking and we’re up until 3am so I only got a few hours of sleep. The pillows and sheets smelled like no one had slept in that room for months, old and dusty. This Ramada was a 1 or 2 star at most. It was like sleeping at a run down motel.

It was noisy, pool was closed, room smelled. The only positive was the newly remodeled shower. Everything else was poor

Although it was a very short stay literally 4 hours, rooms should be cleaned and comfortable

That front desk clerk was very friendly

Cons:

I felt the springs in my bed. The bathroom had a broken piece of the counter and my tub was full of dirt
