Pros:

The area is not great. Rooms are very spacious. Parking is very tight and way too expensive. This isn’t downtown Toronto

In all honesty, I left and booked another hotel. It smelled like decomp and was very icky. Carpets were gross and it did not feel safe.

Lovely receptionist and convenient area to buy snacks and supplies. Breakfast was great and replenished often. We did not have trouble finding a table. Downtown London was a bit rough at night, but it felt safe inside the hotel. Rooms were well-sized. Everything was in good condition, albeit dated. I would stay there again!

Visited several times in the last few years and I always chose this property. Appreciate the spacious two bedroom suites with a full kitchen,location to downtown,and the hot breakfast which is included. Will keep coming back!
