Nice hotel with good location. Breakfast selection was amazing!
Pros:

Good location to lifts and village.

Cons:

The door to the patio had a gap an inch wide and it was minus 22 outside. Had to put a towel up to keep out the draft and crank the heat to keep warm in the living space.

On s’attendait à beaucoup mieux pour le prix.
Pros:

L’emplacement dans le village.

Cons:

Les lits étaient très mous et les oreillers trop gros. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons tous très mal dormi. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait presque pas.
Il n’y avait pas de place pour s’asseoir lors du déjeuner et ça semblait pas très propre dans le buffet.
Il n’y avait pas de place pour s’asseoir à la piscine et l’eau ne semblait pas propre ( odeur et brouille).
Le stationnement souterrain était très serré. L’espace pour les voitures n’était pas assez large.
Le prix payé sur Booking était vraiment plus élevé que si on avait appelé directement à l’hôtel (30$ de plus par nuit plus tx)!!!!

Pros:

Staff was very helpful & pleasant to interact with. Games available in the lobby were great! the Suite had a nice sized fridge & dishwasher and the loft was spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety. Gondola rides up and down the hill were great!

Cons:

placement of beds in the suite - awkward to get around the 2 beds in the one room and the angle the pull out sofa was on made it impossible to walk around that and the table was always in the way when bed was open. soap & conditioner missing in upstairs bathroom. Underground parking didn't work for our vehicle so we had to us the public lots - they were rough, full of big pot holes a long ways away. Longer hours for the pool & hot tubs would have made the stay better

Pros:

Le séjour agréable, accueil formidable, contexte et lieu relaxant. J'aurai juste aimé qu'il y ait un service buffet au soupé cela aurait été top En gros c'était très bien.

Cons:

L'air conditionnè dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien et pas que dans notre chambre, il y a eu d'autres reclamation par d'autres résidents de l'hôtel à qui vous avez proposé des ventilateurs. Dès qu'on sortait de la chambre on respirait mieux. Ce disagreement nous a beaucoup dŕrangé.

Nothing, well sometimes the dates for the cleaning service because they made it late, I believe the perfect hour to do rooms is 10 by hiring maybe another cleaner.

We were treated as VIP's and loved it ambiance is super nice! tip do not forget your swimsuits they have a spa outside.

Great location and breakfast..-
Pros:

I liked the location and the ease of ski on and off. The included breakfast was nice as well. Room service was quick to bring stuff if we requested.

Cons:

I thought the room was very dark. The bedroom had one little light and it was hard to see. I also thought the hallway was never vacuumed and we had food on the carpet outside our room all week.
