This was a lovely place to experience Mont Tremblant

The location was amazing. The grounds were lovely. The staff was extremely helpful. It’s centrally located to the mountain as well.

Pros:

L'emplacement est réellement super en plein cœur du village. Les spas extérieurs après une journée de ski sont très agréables et appréciés.

Cons:

La propriété des murs de la salle de bain en raison de l'humidité des douches.
Le café filtre....pas très bon à ce prix un Nespresso serait apprécié.

Pleased it was offered. Great location for mountain access. Front desk support was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast room staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

No gluten-free options other than powdered eggs.Was disappointed with housekeeping. Shower products were empty upon arrival. Dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty and greasy to the touch. Turned over the plate and it was full of food. Requested housekeeping one day and left a 20$ US tip, but was disappointed the bathroom was not fully cleaned. The water closet was never cleaned, the tissue box was not replaced, and the hand soap bar was not provided. Dishes were not replaced with clean items.

Nice hotel with good location. Breakfast selection was amazing!
Pros:

Good location to lifts and village.

Cons:

The door to the patio had a gap an inch wide and it was minus 22 outside. Had to put a towel up to keep out the draft and crank the heat to keep warm in the living space.
