Nous logions dans une suite avec 2 chambre et cheminée . Les bûches sont à acheté à l accueil de l hôtel pour 7,5 $. En plein coeur du village de mont tremblant une localisation stratégique au pied du téléphérique qui passe au dessus de l hôtel . Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant . Nous y avons séjourné qu une nuit mais nous y reviendrons c est sur

Le petit déjeuner, manquais de certaines variété. Les literies étais petite pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants et pas très confortable. Des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain et nettoyage pas fait correctement, il restait des papiers et factures

Emplacement parfait. Chambre de bonne taille pour une famille de 4. Certains équipements mériteraient d’être rénovés.

Emplacement hyper central, jacuzzi très propre et tes agréable, salle du petit dej lumineuse, petit dej correct, personnel très gentil, chambre assez grande pour 4

Cons:

Hôtel assez ancien, assez sombre (on était au 1er côte chemin, très peu de lumière), canapé lit pas confortable (on se tombait dessus). Le bloc chauffage fait bcp de bruit. La tv ne marchait pas et ils n’ont pas réussi à la refaire fonctionner. On a eu une reduc sur le prix pour cela, merci bcp.

Le personnel était formidable , un grand merci à Véronique pour son accueil sa sympathie et son professionnalisme et qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable elle a était exceptionnelle

This was a lovely place to experience Mont Tremblant
