Adorable and affordable hotel within walking distance of all that Beverly Hills has to offer. Spotless and well-decorated suites provide relaxation from all the action! Front desk staff were personable and professional. Public spaces were relaxing and, once again, spotless.

The Burton House has a convenient location. Service was good. Food options at restaurant were lacking as was the wine selection. Beverly the robot room service food delivery was cool to see. Room was large and it had good amenities.
We always stay at The Burton House. We are welcomed by everyone. One thing we love there is that we see the same faces at the front desk, valet parking, housekeeping etc.
My only negative comment is that I feel that your rooms are overpriced. While our room was nice, it was on the small side for our party of 3 and lacked any wow factor. While the location of the hotel was convenient for us, it isn’t near a beach or in an elegant area that supports a charge of almost $400 per night.
This is such an Oasis in LA! Not only is the property very warm with a cool sense of style, but it is the team at the Burton House that makes the stay special. Wonderful rooms, restaurants, and amazing bartenders. ( maybe to. good).

Great location - easy walk to Rodeo Drive, Beverly Road cafes, etc. Very welcoming and accommodating front desk staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. And, I love getting greeted with a big smile each morning by Serena as I get my latte.

We stayed here during a 5 1/2 week medical challenge to be near both UCLA hospital and Santa Monica Hospital. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our long stay from the valet , the front desk, and the cleaning staff. They made a difficult challenge a bit easier. The room we had was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a living room and kitchen. Very spacious for a long stay. The atmosphere is beautiful and calm. The room we were in was very quiet. The location in Beverly Hills has less traffic and a bit off the beaten track which is a good thing. The hotel itself is quite clean. The amenities include a nice gym and yoga room and a very clean laundry room with nice Speed Queen washer and dryers. Our overall experience was very positive.
5 wonderful nights spent visiting family close by. Enjoyed morning breakfast in the Emerald Lounge with Sareena and Rachel who were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will be back again to Burton House! Gary & Kathy

From the moment we checked in, Austin went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We are currently on an extended family trip to the US and his customer service and attention to detail was superior to any we have experience elsewhere. We felt so fortunate to have had him be the person responsible when we arrived. The room he showed us to was spacious, clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again on any return to the area.

Location is perfect close to all doctors and outpatient center. It’s also quiet even though it’s facing a busy area. Factor deli across the street has delicious bakery and great sandwiches. Staff and parking attendant are so so sweet. Valet parking and registration area is always congested but the attendant makes it so easy to maneuver. Room is designed elegantly and my upgraded king studio is very comfortable. The mattress however might need to be replaced:) overall as titanium member, you will have a choice of $20 per person voucher or 1000 points. Their breakfast bowls are decent. Overnight oats is a little too sweet but tasty. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Kudos to Front desk Annalyn , she is super sweet and knowledgeable. Excellent front desk staff for sure.

The location was perfect for my business needs. Also close to Rodeo drive… I enjoyed walking there in the morning. Hotel staff was exceptional. Great service and my room was amazing!!! I’d dint want to leave. I will be back again soon!
