The rooms themselves are simple, clean, and well executed. The shower wasn't slippery, which I really appreciated. My only note would be to bring earplugs for the traffic outside if that would keep you up.
We had a great experience at the Burton House. The rooms were excellent, but the highlight was the professional and compassionate management. Mr. Richard Hernandez went above and beyond to help my family when we faced an emergency. It's rare to find this level of care and flexibility. We will definitely be back!
I love staying at this hotel when I am on business trips. The rooms are super comfortable and they have a washer/dryer downstairs. Which is super convenient when you are on the road for such a long time.
But most of all, the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast downstairs at the Emerald Lounge almost every morning. My servers Sareenah and Rachel were phenomenal. Always a smile and a friendly conversation. And a great cup of coffee to top it all off. Thank you ladies! Until next time :D

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Burton House in Beverly Hills. The stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were upgraded to the Executive One Bedroom Suite, which was such a pleasant surprise. I have no complaints about the room at all. It had everything we needed and was comfortable, spacious, and well appointed.
One of our favorite features was the little robot that delivered items to our room. That was such a fun and unique touch that made the experience even more memorable.
The location is excellent. I loved being able to park on the fifth floor and head straight down to our room with ease. My boyfriend especially enjoyed having easy access to his morning coffee downstairs in the lobby.
Everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
I often stay at the Burton House when in LA. It's a nice hotel and the staff is great. The location, for my purposes, is terrific. I find the laundromat in the basement to be very helpful.
However, the rooms are odd. The clothes closet is in the bathroom, which cannot be good for the clothes (dampness and smells.) Also, when I come into the room, first is the bed, and then I go past the sleeping area to the sofa/sitting area.
On this most recent trip, the TV did not work. I did not report it, as I did not have time to spend in the room watching TV.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and the rooms feel lush yet cozy with the compact set up. Cannot beat the price for what you get! Smells clean and looks clean. Easy to navigate and the valet is nice to have (worth it because self park is $3 less than valet so it was a no brainer.

Terrific customer service - from front desk, to valets, to housekeeping - even engineering was quick and friendly to resolve a minor TV issue. Rooms are clean and updated. Restaurant and bar has limited but tasty breakfast and evening fare. Of special note, Sareenah O in the restaurant provided 1st class service - friendly, attentive - just outstanding.

The Burton House is an excellent, reasonably priced hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff is friendly and responsive. My room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is centrally located to many areas. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here on my next visit to LA.
