Nice hotel, well located, but hit and miss with the service from the front desk.
Pros:

Great location. Spacious room with kitchenette. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast included.

Cons:

The two male reception staff were both on their phones on separate occasions when I went down with questions. Their service approach and general helpfulness was sub par. They were curt and dismissive in their dealings with me. The two female reception staff however could not have been more friendly or helpful. The males could learn a lesson or two from them on how to speak to customers!

This would definitely be the place I’d choose for a return visit to Vancouver.
Pros:

Room size & amenities, location, comfortable beds

Cons:

Breakfast turkey sausage was terrible tasting.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, great complimentary breakfast. Accessible to anywhere in city by taxi usually parked in front of hotel.

Mike at the front desk was excellent and helped us with our exploration of the city and super friendly. We loved our big room and it was very comfortable.
