Pros:

It was a great stay. Breakfast was great. Location was better than we thought. Had our puppy and had no issues. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

The size of the fridge in their photo didn’t match what we got. Too small. Balcony door needs some attention. Hard to lock and unlock.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was nice and comfortable, and clean. Nice shower.

Cons:

No one came to make bed or tidy the room or refresh towels during our stay. Parking tax was hidden and unexpected. Pool was out of service.

Pros:

comfortable room

Cons:

the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay and the manager Arjun was 0 empathetic about it. His communication did not feel genuine throughout the process. Take a look at the fine print as to when the pool is open again as its close to impossible to find that disclaimer yourself, we could not even find it together while at the front desk.
Otherwise the room was comfortable but overall with all the facilities closed it felt overpriced. the breakfast was also very simple , there could be bacon and sausage, rather than only one of the two.
It was OK but there are options with higher value nearby

Great experience
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean
The breakfast was very rich

Cons:

We expected more friendliness from the first front desk officer that attended to us
His colleague made up for his lapses.
So it was okay in the end.

Pros:

Great location, generous size, great kitchette, pleasant efficient staff. Very hard to fault for the price.

Cons:

The balcony had puddles but older building so not much coukd be done with building design. In spring summer probably is fine.

가격대비 아침식사가 아쉬워요
Pros:

위치는 다운타운에 가깝지는 않았지만 괜찮았어요. 주방시설이 되어있어서 간단하게 간식을 먹기에 좋았고, 커피머신도 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다.

Cons:

아침식사에 야채가 거의 없고 탄수화물과 스크램블에그만 나와서 2번이상 먹는것이 어려웠습니다. 야채를 좀더 보완해주면 좋을거 같아요

Good Hotel
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful greeting and were made very welcome. Our room was big, with two Queen beds, kitchen area and bathroom. The kitchen had an oven/microwave and even a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery/crockery. There are also washing machines and dryers for guest use. The fitness room is pretty basic, 3 treadmills, bike and two other cardio machines, but it does have a good selection of free weights and an indoor pool. Fitness room is 24 hours and free, pool opens at 6am. My only issue was that there is no changing room attached to the pool, so if you're going to the gym you need to change in the restroom, and walk out to the foyer into the pool area - I didn't bring a robe, if I had this wouldn't have been a problem. Everything was spotless throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was great with a good choice of food, and gluten free cereal and bread, the staff in the breakfast room were lovely, my only criticism would be the toasters take ages to give any colour to the bread, and given they ask you to be done with breakfast within 30 minutes, this detracts from the experience.

We had a fab stay, and wouldn't hesitate to go back, and will definitely put Residence Inn on our list for stays at other locations.
