Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at the Residence Inn Naples and left especially impressed by the leadership on property. We were initially assigned a room in the older, dated section of the hotel which was disappointing given our Bonvoy Titanium Elite status. When we brought this to the attention of the General Manager, Jeffery Arman, he immediately made things right by relocating us to a room in the upgraded part of the property. His responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.

What made the biggest impression, though, was how present and engaged Jeffery was throughout the stay, particularly during breakfast service. He was visible, attentive and interacting with guests. That level of hands-on management is rare and speaks volumes about the care taken to ensure a great guest experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, and we would happily return.

Wife and i slept on sofa bed. Mattress was concave and collapsed inward toward toward center of the bed. I was constantly sliding to center of mattress and had a sleepless Saturday night. There was no hot water for my morning shower. Bathroom sink faucet was falling apart. Finally living room venetian blind panel was broken off.

La ubicacion esta buena y la piscina tambien.

Cons:

Estuvimos 4 dias, un dia antes de irnos encontramos unas diminutas arañitas y no le dimos importancia, pero al dia siguiente al cerrar las maletas estaban llenas de esos animalitos, se lo mostramos a la persona de limpieza quien se asombro y nos derivo a recepcion la persona no le dio importancia y llamo a alguien de mantenimiento quien nos dio un liquido para ponerle a la maleta, no tomaron en serio nuestro reclamo, evidentemente la alfombra estaba llena, no nos hicieron ningun descuento ni ofrecieron disculpas.

Gute Lage und schöne Poolanlage, aber deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und mit schwachem Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war grundsätzlich gut – Restaurants waren schnell erreichbar und Geschäfte befanden sich direkt um die Ecke. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Der Pool war schön und es gab ausreichend Möglichkeiten, am Pool zu sitzen oder zu liegen. Zusätzlich stand ein Jacuzzi zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppiche haben unangenehm gerochen und das Schlafsofa war sehr stark abgenutzt – man hat fast jede einzelne Feder gespürt. Das Frühstück war rein amerikanisch, es gab weder Brot noch Wurst, was für uns sehr enttäuschend war.
