Pros:

La simplicité, la PROPRETÉ à coût abordable. Tout est impeccable, même l'état des lieux. Pas de superflu inutile et dispendieux. L'aménagement extérieur et parking sont bien pensés, et fonctionnels. Je vais y retourner assurément!

Manque de confort.
Cons:

Pas de débarbouillettes, robinet de douche percé, besoin d'entretien, propreté. Lavabo pas approprié avec le robinet, l'eau coule partout. Pas de crochets dans la salle de bain. On n'y retourne pas.

Quite pleasant, very comfortable.
Pros:

I really liked it, for my stay in Laval. Clean and modern. Mini fridge was great.

Cons:

I would absolutely stay again? But wound suggest the following small fixes should be carried out:
-would likely be very draughty in the winter (adding door corner seals and redoing the weather stripping to close the gap that lets in the light)
-Door peephole would be nice.
-maybe a small bar soap for the sink (washing hands with shower gel is a bit weird)
-pre arrival emails for adding early checkin/late check out/room upgrades used links or a website that never worked (and a message asking for additional info wasn’t answered).
-curtains that cover the air vent should be shortened, it seems to force the machine tit off prematurely
-fill the potholes in the parking lot
