Our first stay here last year at the same time was great! This year; not so much!
Cons:

The room wasn't prepared. The room temperature was set on 62 degrees on air. It was 19 degrees outside and snowy when we arrived! They could have had the heat on. No heat in the bathroom. We had to call the front desk at 11pm to get the room above us to turn down their TV. Insulation between rooms wasn't great evidently. When we checked out, we were charged $5 plus tax per night during our stay for parking because we did not booking directly with your website! NO mention of that anywhere. Won't stay here again.

A peaceful, safe, and comforting stay that made my Christmas feel special.
Pros:

I stayed here over Christmas, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. As an international student far from home, I wanted a quiet and comfortable place to spend the holidays, and this hotel was perfect. The check-in process was very easy, the staff was extremely kind and respectful, and I felt completely safe even though I was traveling alone. The room was very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom, and having a full kitchen made my stay even better. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed to relax, watch movies, and enjoy my time.

Cons:

I don’t really have anything negative to say. Everything met my expectations and made my stay very comfortable.
