Pros:

We loved the room! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Its our new favorite place to stay. The staff and customer service is amazing. Best customer service.

Todo esta perfecto lo recomiendo 100%
El área de cocina muy acogedor y los desallunos muy completos y los snacks que dan entre 5-7pm es fabuloso. Tiene su alberca muy acogedora la verdad a mi esposo y ami nos encantó. Espero que sigan así y no cambien para mal.

Cons:

Lo que deplano no me gustó es que alcanzaba a escuchar un poco a los de un lado. Deberían haberle puesto algo contra ruidos de fuera o del lado. Pero fuera de eso un 100

Rooms were awesome disappointed i paid 250 dollars for my error a warning would have been sufficient

I didn't know i couldn't vape outside the room a worker told me I couldn't smoke on the property I thought that meant I couldn't vape in the room and he was very aggressive that I vape out of the room and they charged me 250 dollars for that I honestly did know that wasn't permitted out of the room im from az didn't know the rules and did not smoke in the room

Pros:

Excellent value. The suite was roomy. Bed was very comfortable..it was nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

There was a dirty sock underneath the sofa. Probably from the previous guests.

Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine, but could have had eggs to order and one or two more waffle makers. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed it and would choose it again .
Pros:

Cleanliness was above average. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Location was brilliant l. Breakfast had great choices and the staff went over and above. Reception staff were so lovely and went out of their way to ensure our comfort during the stay.

The constant drilling of concrete during breakfast hours on the tennis courts and near the outside breakfast area
Was not relaxing at all. We appreciate works have to be completed but perhaps the timing could have been better ? Not when guests are trying to enjoy a quiet start to the day

breakfast was the best
but still....$259. and we checked in at 4pm or so and left by 7am the next morning....a bit overpriced
