The location of the room was good.
Also the size of the room was good
The check in process was awful. Was not offered access to the poo while waiting 4 hours to check in.
The pool was not cleaned the 3 days of my stay.
The pool are was dirty with wet towels and dirty diapers. Area not cleaned the entire time of my stay.
Location was great, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Room size and full equipped kitchen was good, met all our needs. We would recommend this place and will be our go to place when visiting Palm Desert.
Some areas were not as well maintained, such as lights along the walk way were out and BBQ grilled not properly closing. We had to call a staff member to light up the propane grill since the self starter feature was not working. We noticed other guest were bringing their own lighters. Our patio light was out and not repaired in spite of bringing attention to have it fixed. Common area trash not emptied in a timely manner.

The room was charming with a balcony that looked out over the pool. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. The breakfast was nice, and changed out the hot items everyday we were there.
I was bummed to stay for 3 nights and never have the beds made in our room. The housekeeping apparently only comes through every other day so the beds are only made on those days, which feels like a bummer.

We don't eat breakfast at your offering, we utilize the kitchen and make our own healthy bfast. Never use most any pool. We like the price and the room size for our bicycles and simplicity.
