Pros:

We don't eat breakfast at your offering, we utilize the kitchen and make our own healthy bfast. Never use most any pool. We like the price and the room size for our bicycles and simplicity.

as far as a room, excellent service really need a good clean outside.
Pros:

The staff was professional they took care of us in the correct way. The rooms were wonderful.

Cons:

The outside appearance of the property was very bad. They had palm leaves all over the place dry spots with no grass. Made it look ugly in the outside.

Just another motel. Nice enough, and an OK value, but they never cleaned the room.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and large. Bed was very nice, and having a couch and a kitchen were helpful. Location was a bit removed from the heart of things, but everything is 20 minutes away, so it wasn't an inconvenience.

Cons:

I hate these standard motel breakfasts, and this one was very typical. Nothing unique or special about the food.

Also, upon check-in for a 4 night stay, we were told up front that they would only clean our room once, after two nights. However, they never cleaned our room. They dropped off ONE clean towel on day three, but there were two of us. Never changed the bed or provided additional kitchen supplies (coffee).

It would’ve been a satisfactory stay if we didn’t have issues with the air-conditioning/heating system.
Pros:

I like the view from our rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

We had a problem with the heating system, which was never resolved. We would have liked the room to be kept at a temperature of about 73 Fahrenheit and it never went to beyond 68/69° as a result we had to order extra blankets and wore our sweater/ jackets in the room. On the second day, we were offered to change rooms, but we refused as it would be too much trouble to transport everything at that time. Also, four tiles on the bathroom floorwere cracked and wobbly, and the faucet had no stopper regulator at all, and it was difficult to lift the stopper.

Room was older and needed maintenance/repairs in bathroom. internet and TV reception was spotty.
