Service Desk were very friendly. The area was near a lot of restaurants.
Ms. Dennis was very friendly. We had a conversation like we known each other for a long time. Great customer service.

Had to change rooms. Heat stopped working in one. Toilet overflowed.

Absolutely recommend this hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in town for my mom’s 98th birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, kind and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and served hot (and the coffee was great). If I ever need to stay at a hotel again while I’m in Greenville, I will likely stay here again.

Pros:

everything was great. The bed was a lil uncomfortable and pillows tooo soft .

Cons:

I was on the 1st floor and the tenants above me must've been playing basketball or wrestling. the noise sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Front desk was notified and they said they would speak with them. Well it didn't work. the noise continued to about 2am.

Pros:

The breakfast was fabulous and delicious. There was plenty of food left for latecomers that like to sleep in. Also the cookies were yummy too!

Cons:

We requested first floor for my handicapped husband. The location of the room was perfect but I had paid for a king bed room. We ended up with a queen bed. The electric did not work at our side tables so we moved the tables to fix the problem and there was so much dirt and dust there it was disgusting. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

5 star stay
Pros:

Our stay so far has been great. Tim at check in was amazing very polite very friendly got me checked in and said old me about the amenities I give Tim 5 stars. Only complaint so far is we checked in kinda later in the night and as I went to put the sleeper sofa out it was a bit heavier than expected and banged the ground kinda hard. Not 45 seconds later was told by the front desk the guest below me was gonna call the cops if I wasn’t quiet in 5 min. No big deal because we wasn’t loud just that one incident. Overall so far a great stay and anyone checking in here I hope yall get to experience Tim at check in.

Pros:

I cant say anything bad. The room was spot on. The staff were amazing. I would love to come back and stay a few days again and just see what is in the area. nice neighborhood

the elevator was down which was ok all the staff kept apologizing for no elevator

Pros:

My family and I always stay here. Cleaness of the facility and the staff was responsive and helpful.

Cons:

We had a late check in and the pillar cases were dirty and sheets. Not remote to bedroom tv. Found bugs and shower kept filling the tub up while trying to shower.
Again thanks to the staff who showed concern.
