Pros:

Business center, location.

Cons:

Not enough coffee or creamer in the room for a multi night stay. No ice machine. Coffee not available in the lobby at early morning checkout.

no negatives to say about this hotel. Nothing significant to give it 10/10 either. but it is clean, and staff are good.

Cons:

get rid of the waffle irons at breakfast. they alarm every single morning . just get someone in the kitchen to bring out fresh waffles every 15 minutes

DEFINITELY BOOK HERE!
Pros:

My stay here couldn’t have been better! The staff, the room, the location - the entire stay was beyond perfect! The front desk associates went above and beyond for me and even the housekeepers were so kind and respectful! 10/10 rating!

Beautiful place but they took my money and wouldn't refund it
Pros:

Everything was amazing and beautiful!

Cons:

You overcharged me $152 I paid through booking and the hotel charge my card! For this reason I won't visit again. I requested my money back from the hotel and they said no!

La chambre est très grande.
Il y a pas mal de restaurants à côté
Mise à part l autoroute qui passe à côté le cadre est sympa.

Cons:

J avais demandé une chambre au calme mais apparemment ce n est pas possible avec l auquel passe juste à côté.
Petit déjeuner vraiment pas super et s arrête à 9h. J y suis allé qu une fois les autres fois j ai déjeuner dans la chambre

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The coffee was excellent. I liked all the available toppings for the oatmeal and waffles. The staff was great helping me solve a timing issue I had with an online class I was teaching. A top-of-the-line stay.

The Breakfast was very good. Very convenient to where we were going.

Cons:

The sofa was very uncomfortable. It sagged so bad. In one of the bedrooms there wasn't any cream rinse and liquid soap in the shower containers. The gentleman that checked us in told me he didn't have a two bedroom like we registered and said second hand booking companies are not guaranteed and then he said he found one and we were lucky that he found on.

didn't spend much time at the Inn, but it was pleasant enough

great location in the Rio & Crowne areas around Gaithersburg

Cons:

As soon as we arrived....a/c not programmed properly...cable t.v. not functioning properly. Had to contact front desk to send over technicians to make adjustments.
Last night stay...the either "hard wired" in or battery operational smoke detector went off approx. 1:37 AM and kept chirping all night keeping my wife and myself up.

Nous avons fait 5 jours sans eau chaude, l'établissement a promis Nous faire un geste commercial .....a la fin ils nous proposent 50% sur une journée, en sachant que nous y avons séjourné 10 jours : c'est honteux.
