My stay was very relaxing not much noise and a clean environment.
Pros:

The check in process was seamless! Very professional and inviting.

I checked in on December 30,2025 the day before by birthday December 31,2025 I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite when when I arrived the room was not saved for me so I had a one bedroom suite the room had dog hair on the couch dirty dishes were in the dishwasher there were many pots and pans silverware missing there was a whole in the lamp someone had took the remote control from the the bedroom I tried to go out the door the deadbolt was stuck had to have the front desk to come and unlock it for me the automatic ice maker did not work I was moved to a second room there was a problem with the door The hot water kept going out in the front The heat went out for approximately 6 hours I called and told the front desk they told me that everything was booked up and it could not give me another room so they gave me blankets and comforter I talked to someone about getting a partial refund I called the manager that Sunday and she said she was going to handle it but I never got a response from her I had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink the air was on for those 6 hours It kept making a loud noise finally the heat came on at about New Year's Eve 9:30 so I was without heat for 6 hours very disappointed and I was celebrating my birthday on New Year's Eve so I had two-day very bad day.
