I have been traveling for more than 60 years . I have never found a Marriott which disappointed . If you are looking for a good night's rest, avoid this place. The main bed was not the best. The pull out couch painful. The bars running under the mattress caused so much pain that my adult son pulled the mattress off the couch and laid it on the floor. I asked him if that was an improvement. He said "Yes, but it is still uncomfortable." I questioned the staff. They said that ownership knew about this and is planning to fix the issue. My question, " Why would a wonderful company like Marriott knowingly offer inferior commodations?"

Good property & good service .. avoid the breakfast
Pros:

Location is very good & the staff very friendly + cleanliness is very good.. overall a very good property

Cons:

The breakfast eggs are like plastic eggs … I hand a spoonful of them on the first day & did not go down anymore in my 10 day trip ..

Pros:

Персонал доброжелательный, помогают во всем, особенно понравилась Керолайн. Она была очень внимательна и добра. Я восхищена ее отзывчивостью.
Завтраки сытные, вкусные. Уборка регулярная. Даже после отъезда Керолайн помогала решить вопросы с почтой.

Great staff, front desk and staff very friendly and more than accomodating to all requests.
Pros:

Location was convenient to highways and inner city travel. Grocery store and t=restaurants short drive. Breakfast was above average most days.

Cons:

Update on occupancy availability, researched extending stay and learned thee was no availability for an extension.

I had already paid for my stay in advance through Booking.com, but they still charged me again when I checked out.

Reception staff and management went out of their way to help make me comfortable as I was recovering from a medical procedure.

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn’t daily and dishwashing and changing sheets were not with each visit.

Property is in a good location and the staff is phenomenal. They do have all the amenities for a kitchenette.

Cons:

Extremely outdated rooms. Cracks in drawers, kitchenette extremely old but does the job.
Not easy to navigate property. They are separated into sections. Bed was very uncomfortable and the elevated wood with as headboard id smack my head if i were to prop up on bed.

I did not enjoy my stay at this Residence Inn. The property feels very old and has a noticeable musty smell. This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn by Marriott, and it did not meet expectations. The hotel is in serious need of renovation as soon as possible.
