Extremely disappointing—the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not appear ready for a new guest.
Pros:

Unfortunately, there was very little I enjoyed about the property because the cleanliness issues affected our entire stay.

Cons:

We were given a room that did not appear to have been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. We found trash and debris under furniture, an empty used container left inside a drawer, food and debris on the carpet, dirty and stained surfaces, and residue and marks throughout the room. The cabinets, furniture, kitchen area, and other areas were visibly dirty. I took several photos because the condition of the room was unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott property.

Cons:

I have been traveling for more than 60 years . I have never found a Marriott which disappointed . If you are looking for a good night's rest, avoid this place. The main bed was not the best. The pull out couch painful. The bars running under the mattress caused so much pain that my adult son pulled the mattress off the couch and laid it on the floor. I asked him if that was an improvement. He said "Yes, but it is still uncomfortable." I questioned the staff. They said that ownership knew about this and is planning to fix the issue. My question, " Why would a wonderful company like Marriott knowingly offer inferior commodations?"
