This place is NOT where you want to stay. Next time I will read the reviews!
Pros:

We made a BIG mistake by booking into here at the last minute. When we found we had to stay overnight at O'Hare due to flight changes and were exhausted and just wanted to get to a hotel, I booked the Residence Inn since they had a room with a reasonable rate on points and a shuttle to the airport.

Nothing about this place was good. First, we had to make three calls and wait a full hour before the shuttle showed up to take us to the hotel. Then, upon checking in and going to our room we found that the place was extremely worn. The sofa bed we had planned to use for a second bed literally had the springs poking out through the mattress! So the fact that there was no sheets, blanket or pillows for it really did not matter - no one could have slept on that thing! The rest of the furniture also needed to be replaced - chipped table, stained chairs, etc.

The only thing positive I can say was that the shuttle did run as promised so we could leave when we needed to the next morning. We were glad to put that hotel behind us and will check reviews next time, even if we are in a hurry to get a place.

Overall my stay was good.
Cons:

Property needs a upgrade, below the Marriott brand standard in my opinion.

Laundry service (the machines) were ridiculous to use. I need to setup and account just to do one load of Laundry, took 15 min of wasted time.

Pricy for what you get.
Pros:

We were attending a concert at Allstate Arena, and the location was great! Also, the shuttle to the airport to then get on the blue line was great!

Cons:

Our room was pretty small and the cleanliness was not the best. There were stains on our bed and we found dirty socks when we pulled out the sleeper sofa. Also, one tiny trashcan in the entire place is not enough.

Pros:

Everyone who worked at the hotel were friendly and really kind. The courtyard was quiet and beautiful. There is a full kitchen and airport shuttle. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Ottima posizione a poca distanza dall'aeroporto con navetta gratuita ma va prenotata in anticipo e telefonicamente, via mail non rispondono, ne abbiamo usufruito solo dall'hotel mentre all'arrivo abbiamo preso un uber.
Camera ampia per una notte più che sufficiente, tanti asciugamani a disposizione, peccato la moquette che non sembra pulitissima. Staff cordiale.

Super little hotel with pool, friendly staff and regular free shuttle to and from airport
Pros:

Wasn’t too big so it felt quite homely. Great pool, which was a bonus. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff super helpful.

Cons:

Room was a little tired but adequate for our 1 night stay.
