I didn't have the breakfast as I was going to have lab tests done when I left the hotel.

my location was 1st floor with bbq in front, so I didn't love that, but it calmed down shortly after the dinner hour.

Cons:

One of the outlets didn't work to charge our laptops. One of the lamps also was malfunctioning, seemed to have an electrical issue on one side of the room. Also, the locked closet area by the bed, allowed some really cold air to get in.
Also, cleaning staff left a guest card from weeks prior (should have been thrown away) it was from Valentine's Day... Slightly larger trash receptacle would have been better under the sink. The bathroom trash was larger.

Exceeded my expectations (and those of my fussy 17 year old child)!!
Pros:

GREAT service - clean rooms, exceptional greeters. The breakfast accommodated my gluten-free daughter's needs...and the location with a Starbuck's and the Coop was GREAT!

Cons:

As much as I appreciate the plates + silverware, perhaps include paper plates and plastic silverware for those who might have dietary restrictions/concerns.

Lo primero que se quedan con el dinero de uno porque no devuelven reservas que uno hace y se equivoca y bajó el membrete de no reembolsables entre Booking y en los hoteles este sobre todo se quedan con el dinero de uno a mí me deben como 1750 $y no me los

Sleepless in Lebanon

Convenient location.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights. They only provided one small bar of soap and one small bottle of cream. I generally do not travel with lotions and potions because hotels normally provide it. The HVAC system was loud, and the light pollution (lights from TV, internet/cable box, smoke alarm) in the bedroom made it difficult to sleep.
