Asian Beetle Infestation Ruined Family Vacation

Cons:

Asian beetle infestation (alive bugs) and no response to correct when we notified the manager— multiple videos and photos. We were in the two bedroom suite and feel it was a disgusting experience with poor value for the $$ we paid for two nights. The bugs were crawling throughout our child’s room and amongst our personal / infant belongings. We removed them and they kept re-appearing.

Very friendly professional seemed happy to be there and happy to help. Everyone we encountered was great. The breakfast and service was awesome too, big plus and delicious. Thanks for all. Loved the 2/2. Peace

Excellent stay
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport, but is relatively quiet throughout the day. Friendly staff, big shout out to Idania - professional, competent, and approachable. Traveling with a baby could be stressful, but she made our stay hassle-free, and enjoyable. Family-friendly, 5 out of 5.

We had a wonderful time

Fireplace did not work and staff said they would come fix is for us. That did not happen

Pros:

Super friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. The bed was pretty hard and the room and halls were worn but perfectly functional still. The only real downside i had was the suite setup looked nothing like tge picture...the one tv could swivel to face either the sofa or the bed, meitger of which were suitable for 3 people to sit and relax together. I would stay again but would ask about the setup at checkin.

Pros:

The staff were courteous and accomidating. The location of the hotel was close to all of the plces we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again.
