A decent room except for the plug ins.
Pros:

Great location, near the mall.

Cons:

It was most frustrating to me that the room only had two prong plug ins to charge my phone and no other options. I misplaced my plug and needed a few slot plug ins throughout the room.

Residence inn Excellent stay
Pros:

Came to visit for a long weekend before we took our daughter to Mayos in Rochester. We have a family of 5 . 2 adult children 24 and 19 and a 16 year old and myself and my husband we got a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen very impressive!! The breakfast was AWESOME. Had lots of healthy option as well. Staff was very friendly. This was a great stay thank you!!!!

Asian Beetle Infestation Ruined Family Vacation

Cons:

Asian beetle infestation (alive bugs) and no response to correct when we notified the manager— multiple videos and photos. We were in the two bedroom suite and feel it was a disgusting experience with poor value for the $$ we paid for two nights. The bugs were crawling throughout our child’s room and amongst our personal / infant belongings. We removed them and they kept re-appearing.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport, but is relatively quiet throughout the day. Friendly staff, big shout out to Idania - professional, competent, and approachable. Traveling with a baby could be stressful, but she made our stay hassle-free, and enjoyable. Family-friendly, 5 out of 5.
