Residence Inn Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

We came in hot, anticipating a reservation snafu (of our own making). Mary and Scott worked with us to smooth out what turned out not to be a problem at all. Top notch from the get-go.
The suite was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked.
The common areas were clean and well-maintained. We did not take advantage of the outdoor courtyard area because of our scheduled activities outside the hotel, but it would have been a nice space to wind down.
The breakfast was marvelous and very well presented. Lots of choices for even the pickiest of eaters.
If we find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks after our home was sold. The 2-bedroom with kitchen worked out well for us so my husband could continue working. We were there for Christmas, so we enjoyed having a fireplace in our unit. There is a free breakfast area though we mostly got coffee and prepackaged muffins. Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There are coin-operated laundry machines. It was odd that there weren’t in-room safes. Our only complaint was housekeeping. They were good about trash and towels but did not want to clean the room. Some of the towels were thick and white but some were shabby and stained and should not have been given to guests! We were told housekeeping services every 4 days for long-stay, but we had service only once in 13 days and that is because I went to the desk and requested it. We felt the room rate was very reasonable in December but now 3 months later it is over $100 more per night for the same suite.

The staff on receptopn and in the breakfast room were wonderful. A great team, professional and really helpful.

Room was very clean

The front entry door was beat up and barely opened when your hands were full of baggage. We could not open the door to our room and had to go down to the desk for help twice then had to wait for a maintenance man to open the door.

Our room and carpet was went the entire stay. Shower overflowed because of a clogged drain.

Hotel was exceptionally busy with a large community soccer event taking place — yet I was still provided great Bonvoy elite benefits and warm hospitality.

A very well run property!

The very worst resident and I’ve ever stayed in my life and I stay there quite often full size bed and I asked for a king my room smell like smoke and dogs. Just a terrible experience.

Very nice staff they were very helpful. They had all the supplies that we needed. The room was very clean. The one thing that we didn’t like the most was that the second day we stayed we were not able to swim because I think they said it was under construction, but that was one of the main reasons why we stayed at the hotel so it was a bit of a disappointment

I liked the large room with a full kitchen and living room space. It was spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, it was just okay. Overall it was quiet except for the person above me was loud- stomping around when I was trying to go to sleep. I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would stay here again and maybe ask for a room on the 2nd floor.
