No sleep due to mattress
Pros:

the pull out couch mattress was old and way past its life, alos for the main bed..
Very used and could not sleep well as the bed was bowing in the middle :(
pool was very cold.

Cons:

Staff were nice, breakfast was good.

Pros:

Room was nice, property was clean.

Cons:

The front desk person was not as professional as I prefer. I expect more in the hospitality industry. That being said, being in my late fifties I grew up and was always taught that the customer was paramount. Maybe I just have to accept that this is how it is now. I also think that the sidewalks and walkways could have used more attention, there were a number of slick areas due to previous storms.

Was okay.....could be better
Pros:

Was comfortable room, great bed. Nice pool and good breakfast.

Cons:

Room, especially pull out couch was dirty and sticky.and my 3 year old got hurt on metal around bed.....
Drawers on entertainment stand wouldn't stay shut.
Pool was nice and warm but very cloudy and made us itchy. Got very overcrowded and not managed well.

They have a hot tub!! Variety with breakfast, morning staff was wonderful!

It was an overall great stay liked the location of where the room was, we enjoyed the amenities and the services provide
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, the provision of kitchen appliances (if needed to be used),access to indoor pool during the winter time, the politeness of the staff.

Cons:

The fact that the checkout time was at 12 but housekeeping came at 11:15 to notify us that we’re gonna clean the room but we hadn’t checked out yet we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t a big deal either because we C were about to leave.

Kamer was netjes en groot

De slaapbank was echt heel slecht. Het matras was heel dun . En er was ook niet op te slapen.
