The property is nicely kept and well located

Our Go-To in Troy-Dayton Area
Pros:

This is our go to if we need to be in the Troy-Dayton area. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, convenient location, nice fitness room. What’s not to love?!

Cons:

We have stayed here several times. For the first time, we smelled cigarette smoke on our floor. It was barely noticeable, but it was present. The windows open in the rooms - pretty easy to smoke and toss the butts out the window! Smokers may think nobody can smell it, but non-smokers can! If it becomes the norm, we would unfortunately have to look elsewhere.

This is our new “go to” when visiting family.
Pros:

Location wonderful. Breakfast fabulous. Staff outstanding!

Cons:

You need to practically come to a complete stop to enter the driveway onto the property. It is off a cul-de-sac and rougher than any speed bump I have gone over! They need to soften that blow to the vehicle or at least put a caution sign!!

The rooms were large and most importantly they had the Hallmark channel on tv for my wife while I was at class.

Cons:

The worst thing was the trash cans weren't big enough for our mess. But everything was excellent otherwise
