Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Sofa bed needs to be replaced was like the shape of a banana. Only other issue was we asked for clean towels we never got them.

Pros:

the property had many guests but was still quite. The property was very well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, prior to leaving the site was affected with issues with hot water and I was unable to shower. This was beyond the control of the property, so not their fault.

They have room service advertising everywhere in the room. But after ordering room service and waiting 1.3 hours for our food, we called to find out what was going on. They stated that it was dropped at the front desk, neither the room service staff or the front desk staff decided to tell us it was there and not at the door (as stated on the website and advertisement). They claimed it wasn’t their fault it sat so long even though their website specifically says delivered to your door! I received no email, text, call to the room. In the end our order was completely wrong and we talked to Karen B on the phone about the service, she was rude, unhelpful, and directly lied to us twice. Will not be returning!

Spacious room with the convenience of a kitchen made it a pleasant stay.
Pros:

I liked the area. Close to school and work. The property was pretty nice and clean. The outdoor areas were nice.

Cons:

The workout facility is in dire need of an upgrade. A few of the machines did not work and there wasn’t a good variety of machines. Also, our room had a very damp smell every time we walked in.

Decent accommodation but terrible breakfast.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the suite was large with plenty of room.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrendous. Pancake machine was out of order for our entire 5 night stay and the other options were eggs and rubbery potatoes. Breakfast was not worth it at all. We also had to pay by the hour to check in early when our room was already prepared for early check in.
