Pros:

Location was fine with where we had to go that night

Cons:

Pool was closed, no sheets on pull out, we went to that hotel spicy ally for pool and nothing g on website said closed

Location was nice close to the outlets and restaurants

Cons:

Room was dirty, no extra bedding available for pull out couch. Couch was gross and had food in it. Poop on the wall and popcorn behind the bathroom door. Pool was down for maintenance.

The location was great

Cons:

I was charged through booking.com for this stay, and then at the property they told me I never paid and I had to pay full price a second time. When I tried talking to the front desk about it, the woman was incredibly rude. She was unhelpful, and disrespectful. While I understand she thought it was an issue with booking.com, the way she spoke to guests was totally unacceptable and honestly uncalled for.

I don't have anything good to say about this hotel
Pros:

When I arrived, I was assigned to the wrong room, so I had to return to the front desk to get it changed. The new room they gave me was still dirty and contained old, uncomfortable furniture. Additionally, the bed headboard was shaking excessively.

The room was dirty, and the old, uncomfortable bed was present. Additionally, the price I paid for the one-bedroom studio was too high. The bedroom had an unpleasant odor and was not adequately maintained.

Pros:

The location was centrally located between a lot of things that we were in the area for, but still in a quiet area that wasn’t as “touristy” and made for less chaotic visit. Beds were super comfy and the hotel staff was friendly and everything was kept clean.

Cons:

We wished the breakfast had more selection and that “gym” facility would have had more options and space, it was really just a couple treadmills and 50lb weights

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location, loved the room, super comfy and spacious even for a studio room!

Cons:

Nothing about the property, there were a group of teenage boys that were very loud and obnoxious running around the hotel
