Pros:

Close to work, roads were treacherous going home. We have stayed there before. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was an added benefit. The staff is amazing, especially the woman that takes care of the morning buffet, always cheerful and goes out of her way to make you feel at home.

Excellent location; safe and secure; kind and friendly staff
Pros:

Location for our travel purposes couldn't have been better. We felt at ease with our comings and goings, as well as downtime in the hotel. Marie at the front desk was genuinely kind and helpful. The woman who prepared the breakfast area (didn't catch her name) was kind and thoughtful.

Cons:

There were a few spaces that could use some TLC and upkeep.

Pros:

Accommodating staff. Very friendly. We arrived very late at night and the elevator was not working and no ground floor room available for the night but they moved us the next day as soon as there was a vacated room for our parry and yhey took care of our parking fee for the rest of our stay. Kids enjoyed the use of the heated pool too.

Cons:

For the price everything was fine.

The stay was great, just needs some help with the cleaning process!
Pros:

The front desk and breakfast women were exceptional. All the staff were great.

Cons:

However after being in my room for a day straight I felt unwell same way I’ve felt when mold or something has been present. Very stuffy, and the room I had to wipe the walls down they had splattered food all over them. My card was charged for $420 but it was $330 so I am still waiting for it to be returned. I’d stay again but also there was things broken in the room such as the lamp, the picture on the wall in the bedroom. I whole heartedly believe the duvet wasn’t washed it felt very worn, the cover was just out over it! I loved the staff and it has great potential!!!

THE PLACE IS A MESS. HASN'T BEEN RENOVATED SINCE IT OPENED MANY YEARS AGO.
PAINT CHIPPING, DIRTY, BAGGAGE CARTS MISSING PIECES.
WOULD NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY OTHER RESIDENCE AGAIN!

Location excellent for our purposes of visiting family.

Cons:

Check-in procedures and information upon arrival were highly unprofessional and inadequate. Room had electrical issues in kitchenette. However, General Manager eventually addressed issues and resolved everything to our satisfaction.

We enjoyed the facility. There were several young adults who enjoyed the pool and the hoops.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Lobby/dining room were clean. We had three room close enough to each other to complete our tasks for our family day program nearby.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

The facility is a low-cost, budget option -- adequate for sure, though not a luxury property.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK -- adequate but not anything special.

It is very close to a major shopping area, Legacy Place.

Good front office staff

Cons:

There was no maid service the morning after our first night -- and we were not notified (when we checked in) that the hotel only does every-other-day housekeeping. A consequence of that is that we didn't have a full set of dry towels for the next day's showers.
