Gute Lage, grosses Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig und vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick auf eine Wiese. Die Besitzer sind freundlich. Die Lage ist super, sehr nahe am Mekong und der Walking Street.

Cons:

es wirkt unsauber.

Great location by the river with a friendly welcome. Food available in the evening from the Restaurant below.

Cons:

Room was a bit basic. No breakfast available.

Pleasant enough but wouldn't be our first choice
Pros:

Location two blocks from riverfront and near, but not in, the centre of activity.
Bathroom OK but shower not separated.
Manager/proprietor was very pleasant and helpful.
Note Gate 14 restaurant 100m away - same management.

Cons:

Breakfast not available in the hotel (but cafes nearby).
Our room (for three) was spacious but rather gloomy. Bed springs could be felt.
Clean enough but had seen better days.

I will not go again
Pros:

on walking distance from the sites and from the Mekong River. big room

Cons:

the bathroom had a smell. service was limited. the bed was extremely hard. the price/quality ratio was not good. we stayed in much beter hotels/Inns for the same or even lower price.

it near to the busy part of town but far enough not to get lots of noice from the bars
