Pros:

Location and price are great. Comes with a full kitchen!

Cons:

Needs to be updated!!! Pool needs to be repaired. They don't clean the rooms.. Smells like mold and mildew. Elevator is in desperate need of an upgrade. Vending machines are only usable on the bottom floors.
