No breakfast on Sunday. Lock on sliding door didn’t feel secure
Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Room was clean.
The bed was average, nothing specific but not bad. Traffic nearby was loud.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
There needs to be some type of food option available! No restaurants on site, not even a small continental breakfast. The only restaurant within walking distance is an Argentinian steak house and no convenience stores. A good business practice would be to at least have some type of vending machine or “grab and go”selection. I would not choose this hotel again based on this alone.
Room was clean.
At check in, my room rate was different than what I booked it for with booking. When I asked about it, the front desk lady just stated that was the rate for my night. I asked for an itemized receipt so I could see where the charge was coming from. She told me she couldn't do that until I checked out. When I checked out, I got my receipt and found that I was charged for having a safe in my room that I didn't even use and during my online check in, I opted out of that extra feature. I know it was only $1.50, but I don't think it's right that I was charged for something I had opted out of at check in. Also, my truck was involved in a hit and run while it was in the parking lot that night. Apparently someone called the cops and instead of calling me down stairs to speak with the cop, they just gave me the cops business card AFTER I had discovered my truck. When asking the receptionist if they had cameras, she first just said "here is the card we were told to give you". Then I asked again and was told yes they had cameras. I asked if the cop got the video and was told yes then proceeded to tell me to use the card because they were not on duty when the cop came in. I asked how she knew the cop got the video and she stated she didn't, but was told to give me the card and that was all she could help me with. I understand there was nothing they could do about my vehicle being hit, but they could have called me downstairs when the cop came in. They knew who the vehicle was registered too and what room # I was in, there was no excuse for not calling me when it happened.
I liked the pricing of the hotel because of the length of time i stayed there.
There was a dead cockroach in my room when i checked in. Everyday i was there, the house keepers did not clean it up and left it there during my time there. There was also a spider in the bathroom.
The convenience of the property was absolutely amazing.

Close to 6 flags, Cowboys and Texas Rangers. So great location for sporting/pop events. Swimming pool is nice. Clean, good vfm. Recommend top flor and a balcony.
Hotel is a slight shadow of its former self. Obviousl used to do breakfast in the past - now just a 24 coffee machine. No laundry service.
