The room was clean and the laundry was very clean
Nothing
They overcharged my card. Would not reimburse me. Terrible company. Any red dot hotel is 100% trash
Nothing
Was told at arrival cash only, rooms do not match images at all, dirty socks found behind/next to microwave- catfished
The bed was comfortable
The bathroom door handle was broken, the bottom of the bathroom door was chewed off by something. The TV did not work, the carpet was all stained.
Nada
Estaba todo muy venido a menos, muchas cosas rotas.
It had a place to sleep!
First we had to move to a different room because the phone and tv didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken;the blankets were stained and had burn holes in them; there were roaches; questionable guests; just didn’t feel very safe.
Can't think of one thing. If there were negative numbers to rate this hotel I would do it.
I reserved 2 rooms for 6 adults and 2 children (one of which had just turned 1 yr old). Made the reservation on the road between Breckenridge and central Louisiana. When we arrived at the hotel, the desk person was asleep on a couch. Took several attempts to get her off the couch. When she finally came to the window (no shoes, very unprofessional) she said that they could only take cash. In today's world, who carries $300 cash? After trying to get her to speak English for about 10 minutes, she went and got her manager (husband?) who spoke English a little bit better. He informed me that their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to pay cash. It's midnight, I have a crying 1 year old, we've been driving for 12 hours, and we don't have the cash to get into the rooms. I couldn't recommend this hotel any less!
Friendly
…..
The maintenance guy was cool and his girl that worked the front , but the oldder lady that I'm guessing owns it was mean and rude to everyone.
Terrible experience. No soap or towels in the room. Room next door had children who screamed, cried hit the connecting doors until 1 am!! Did call front desk but they did nothing.
While my ratings reflect my experience, I want to first say the bed was comfortable and the A/C was very good, which is my minimum requirement.
When I pulled in, all the vehicles were pickup trucks, which hinted at low cost rooms for contractors, so I had realistic expectations. It's an old property in disrepair and the room was bare minimum. The tv didn't function, the flooring and walls showed exposed concrete in places, the trim between the bathroom and living area was gone and the gap was full of debris.
To be fair, you get what you pay for and it was bare minimum acceptable. I needed a place to sleep and I got it.
The woman was nice enough, but insisted on a cash deposit of $30...from behind a glass barrier, a hint at the neighborhood.
That said, I did get my deposit back, although the next morning the gentleman produced the wrong receipt for my room number. It was from the previous guy who demanded a refund.
Bottom line, keep your expectations low and accept it for what it is and you'll be ok.
It's best for tradesmen trying to keep costs down while on a job, or like me, a guy just needing a comfy bed with A/C for a few hours sleep while traveling.
The staff was very friendly. The building should be demolished. The bathroom door handles completely missing, just a hole where they used to be, the tub and shower worked, but the tub drain held in place by tape, the tile on the walls pulling away. the sheets appeared clean, but full of burn holes and stains. the floor not vacuumed at all, food trash behind the bed. This was the only option available at our last minute health related travel delay. The hotel's deposit of $30/room was a surprise. This property, and possibly hotel chain is now at the top of my - DO NOT list.
