優雅なホテルライフを体験させていただきました
Pros:

中心のブキッビンタンに位置しており買い物、観光にとても便利てした。MRTの駅にも近くて助かりました。

Cons:

ホテルとレジデンスがあるのを知らずに、最初レジデンスのエレベーターで上がろうとしても部屋の鍵では反応しないため、かなり手間取りました。たまたまホテルマンが乗ってきて初めてここはレジデンス側でホテルは向こうだと聞かされ、館内は広くある意味迷路のようなので、チェックイン後疲れているのになかなか部屋に行き着くのに手間取りました。チェックインの際にひと言案内していただけると助かると思いました。

酒店前台職員不專業，工作慢。餐廳職員不專業，食物水準差評。
Pros:

住宿位置在市中心，地點方便。餐廳早餐極差，沒有專業態度，食物沒有特色，味道差，而且廚子人手不足，一人要做四個崗位，餐廳不整潔，只有包餅可以接受。

Cons:

房間整潔，但係浴室花灑出水弱，須要改善，另外升降機內燈光暗，年長客人看不清樓層號碼。
前枱職員不專業，我的訂單號是訂兩間房，她查記錄回覆我只有一間房，所以只為我預備一間房，擾攘一番，前枱職員才去請示上級查詢，才確認我是訂兩個房間的，要再安排另一房間给我。

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant et les voituriers. L’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très anciennes et méritent un rafraîchissement. La qualité est bien en dessous des autres 5 étoiles de Kuala Lumpur. La literie est de qualité médiocre. Et l’insonorisation est à refaire. Impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit, on entend TOUS les bruits extérieurs et intérieures malgré que nous étions au 7eme étage. Beaucoup d’espace commun qui ne servent à rien et qui sont vides. Des étages entiers de salons à répétition vides. Nous avons appelés de dizaine de fois la réception mais personne ne répondait au téléphone. Nous avons dû nous déplacer et il n’y avait personne pendant un long moment donc nous sommes repartis. La piscine est déplorable comparé aux autres établissements aux alentours.

Pros:

Very clean large rooms, staff were very professional and friendly and the breakfast options were fabulous.

Cons:

In room coffee facilities are a bit ‘budget’ - no fresh milk in fridge instead were crema sachets.

安くお手頃価格でとても広い部屋に泊まることができた。朝食も良かった。近くにたくさんのショッピングできる場所があり、立地はとても良かった。
