Memorable moments that we will cherish.
Pros:

The breakfast options were fantastic, absolutely something for everyone. The location was accessible to everywhere and a good base.

Cons:

The swimming pool was out of service which was a little disappointing for my children. It would have been great if we were informed earlier so that we could have planned around this.

Didn’t meet my expectations.

Cons:

I need an invoice of my stay, but the front desk refused to issue it to me because they said I made my payment on booking.com. I told them even I reached out to booking, it will ask me to contact the hotel for the invoice. I don’t get it why they refused to give it to me because obviously I paid for the stay. It was absolutely horrible experience when I checked out. My problem with the invoice wasn’t solved either til now.

In addition, the room was old and cleaning didn’t done well. I found somebody’s hair on the floor. I will not visit ritz ever again.

excellent stay and perfect location
Pros:

excellent location opposite the pavilion large shopping mall with excellent top quality restaurants and brand shopping. very clean hotel we stayed in the three bedroom apartment which was an excellent size very spacious

الفندق ممتاز الطاقم بشوش ومتعاون والموقع ممتاز جدا مقابل في بوكيت بيناتنغ ويوجد نفق داخلي يطلعك مباشر على الباب الرئيسي لمول بافيلون..مرافق الفندق ممتازة ويوجد مسبحين واحد للكبار(للامانة مساحته صغيرة ) والثاني للأطفال (مساحته مناسبة) ويوجد سبا منفصل (واحد للسيدات والاخر للرجال) السبا يحتوي على جاكوزي وساونا وحمام بخار .. اخذت انا وعائلة (5بالغين) الجناح التنفيذي المساحة كانت واسعة وفي صالة لاجتماع العائلة وطاولة طعام ومطبخ صغير ..صراحة كان ممتاز جدا ..صار معاية موقف واحتجت امدد يوم حجز زيادة وكانوا متعاونين جدا رغم اني بلغتهم في وقت متأخر وهذا الموقف عزز الانطباع الجيد عن الفندق انصح الجميع فيه.. الف شكر ريتز كارلتون
