Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Pros:

Excellent hospitality. Room was great - clean and spacious.

Cons:

Booked thru booking dot com - sent messages but did not receive any response. However the counter staff made up for everything in person.

早餐非常好，70多马币 nett. 无论是否是酒店客人都一样价钱，孩子半价。这个地点，这个级别的五星级酒店里，超值。价位本身也是超值。不是很新，但是老钱风，厚重，稳定，十分高档的感觉。整个服务团队突出一个“稳”字。全员情绪稳定，听得懂我们在讲什么。微笑但不谄媚，尽可能的解释以及帮忙。我在全球住过很多五星级酒店，这里的团队明显经过筛选，每天情绪稳定的上班。不只是做好分内的工作，每个人都好像一个老管家，跟我们融入一体。

Cons:

电梯故障阶段显得应对方案不足。导致我们一个小时不能下楼，也没有提供解决方案，错过了跟朋友的最佳晚餐时间。套房的装潢，特别是厨房区域的瓷砖，还有电器能再新一些，会提高多一个档次，增加更好地体验。

Excelente servicio y ubicación en Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy buena, muy cerca del mercado callejero de comida de Kuala Lumpur. Lo más destacable del alojamiento fue el personal: todos fueron extremadamente amables y atentos durante toda la estancia.

Great Location, Service and Suite
Pros:

Headed here for 2 nights at the 3-bedroom suite with 2 other friends. The suite was massive, with a big dining area, study, kitchen, living room, one master room and two other bedrooms. Each room had an ensuite, with the master room having a large bathtub. I think it can take up to 6-8 people. The location is amazing as the Grab vehicle need not head into the crowded Bukit Bintang Main Street but instead go by the back street near Dorsett. Check-in, concierge and lobby staff were always welcoming and nice; breakfast at level 1 was average compared to many other KL hotels. However, given that it was only for two days, it was still good. Overall, good place to be at for a short trip.
