From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. great location
Breakfast is boring even on the weekend.. food is below ritz carlton standard. room is fine... but poor maintenance some lights not work, mini bar only contain, water, pepsi, and a few beer perhap so tea i can't recall. phone not work until i request to switch out the phone (no phone anywhere outside the room. i need to go to the front desk to request to swap out the phone. the check out billing is questionable, cash paid item missing in invoice. credit not show in invoice
الفندق ممتاز الطاقم بشوش ومتعاون والموقع ممتاز جدا مقابل في بوكيت بيناتنغ ويوجد نفق داخلي يطلعك مباشر على الباب الرئيسي لمول بافيلون..مرافق الفندق ممتازة ويوجد مسبحين واحد للكبار(للامانة مساحته صغيرة ) والثاني للأطفال (مساحته مناسبة) ويوجد سبا منفصل (واحد للسيدات والاخر للرجال) السبا يحتوي على جاكوزي وساونا وحمام بخار .. اخذت انا وعائلة (5بالغين) الجناح التنفيذي المساحة كانت واسعة وفي صالة لاجتماع العائلة وطاولة طعام ومطبخ صغير ..صراحة كان ممتاز جدا ..صار معاية موقف واحتجت امدد يوم حجز زيادة وكانوا متعاونين جدا رغم اني بلغتهم في وقت متأخر وهذا الموقف عزز الانطباع الجيد عن الفندق انصح الجميع فيه.. الف شكر ريتز كارلتون

Friendliness of staff.
Breakfast was uncooked on every visit I made. Food not replenished in buffet. Coffee machines not working and frequently breaking down.. Not enough variety for people with allergies. Waiting staff miserable.
The location of the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is absolutely perfect , right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to access shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend!
I stayed at the hotel during my birthday,I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the staff to mark the occasion. It would have made the experience even more special. Overall, I appreciate the service, but this is a suggestion for improvement

Die Lage ist top, sobald man die Gänge zu den Einkaufszentren entdeckt hat. Sehr grosse Zimmer.
Leider war ein Pool in Renovation und der verbleibende war nicht wirklich attraktiv. Zwar wurde eine Alternative in einem angrenzenden Hotel geboten, welche wir jedoch aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt haben.
Bei den Fugenarbeiten im Bad fehlt ein wenig die Liebe für das Detail.
