The whole ambience.
It will need a few upgrades or TLC once the new owners purchase it.
Nice ambiance. Breakfast was nice.
Signage for this facility is poor. We had a hard time finding the entrance.
No hot tub and the indoor pool was cold. Breakfast was over priced.
Took 3-4 minutes for anyone to come to the desk when I arrive. Property appears run down.
A generally nice hotel, with a slow drain in the tub.
No ac or hot water in 1 room. 2nd room had leak on lower level and had to be moved to a 3rd room.
The room was clean and well kept. The toilet seat was strangely warm as the tank seemed to fill with hot water.

The shower faucet was not attached very well and you could not adjust the shower. 2 towels and one wash clothe for 4 people to a room when we checked in no one told you anything where your room was or .the pool or if you get breakfast ect terrible check in service
We’ve been here for 2 nights so far and on our third room.
First room had no ac and no hot water.. shower was broke. Got a new room.
They called the next morning saying we had to move again because of some leak issue that was on the lower levels. There was water in the office.
They couldn’t comp us anything because I went thru Expedia. (Third party)

Staff was nice even when I got irritated. I just want to relax
Came from hospital from a surgery that I had to stay in town for just in case. Didn’t have my requests in the system and the restaurant is closed and that’s part of why I picked the place due to trying to recover from surgery and not being able to go out to eat.
When I said something to the receptionist about these issues, the response was “Well. You booked on a third-party site.” Made it to the room which smelled extremely strong like cigarette smoke. And the king size bed literally had 3 tiny pillows set up on half the bed. I literally sat and sobbed.

Been great people. Stayed 2.5wks since sold my house. Pet friendly. Done well the whole time there
