Looks like it's being refurbished and has an inadequate quality inspector.
Pros:

TV had a guide that was correct. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast bacon was too tough to chew. The bathroom door strike plate was missing, one ceiling tile was falling and another was water stained. Room temperature didn't get near the 65 degrees it was set at and unit sounded like a bucket of ice being poured into a wading pool. Drinking glasses weren't wrapped and were fingerprinted. Inadequate directions to the ice machine. Someone who was sealing the shower installation wiped sealant across the shower floor in two brown streaks. Hair dryer was missing, had to ask for a replacement.

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety.

There was a musty odor in the entry/front desk area. Some of the decorative foliage looked like it could use a dusting.

Pros:

The rooms were large and beautifully decorated but black pubic hair in the shower was unforgivable as far as giving a good rating for cleanliness this I can not do.

Cons:

The whole hotel was beautiful the free breakfast was pretty good but your maids are not doing their job.

The location was very convenient to my sons house. We were visiting him for a week in Cedar Rapids.

Cons:

It was a very outdated looking hotel, rooms looked really old and apparently they were doing a lot of remodeling to “ update “ the hotel. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. ( 4th floor ) The hotel on the outside when you pulled up in the parking lot looked like an ( abandoned ) hotel. Needed a lot of TLC to the outside of the building like ( landscaping ) to make it pretty and more noticeable. The breakfast they served which was included with our stay was HORRIBLE! The first night staying in our room we got ready to shower my husband and I and they only provided 1 WASHCLOTH for the room um second night we were there, contacted the front desk to get more bath soap to bath with and got told they were out. All in all it was a very outdated place to stay, needed a LOT of repairs and updates, we was very disappointed with our stay, the pictures on their website when we made the reservations, the room we chose looked NOTHING like the one on their website when we arrived! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they get their updates and repairs taken care of.

The stay at this hotel was not worth the price unfortunately. Not up to a Radisson standard.
Pros:

Staff team were all very nice and helpful. I did not eat the complimentary breakfast because it didn't have more healthy options. The room and beds were ok.

Cons:

It was not worth the rate charged. The bathroom tub was dirty, stained, rather disgusting with loose tape (nasty). There were two thin bath towels, some discolored smaller towels. Sheets did not fit over the mattresses, so they came off. Linens were mismatched from one bed to the other. The Fitness Center had holes in the ceiling, large, stained ceiling tiles, few weights and not very clean. Hotel was old, not very clean, in dire need of renovation. It could have been somewhat more acceptable at half the price or less. Really not very good.

Pros:

The hotel was great except for instead of giving me my $50 deposit back when I had a perfect drum they sent me a notification saying that they gave it back and instead they retook $125

Cons:

I'm going out of town to the VA and I have a very little bit of money and I was staying at a hotel and these guys never gave me my deposit back and when they said they gave it back instead they retook another $125 off my cash app card and screwed me completely
