Pros:

Auf den ersten Blick macht es einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Bett war tip top sauber.

Cons:

Wenn man etwas genauer hinsieht, erkennt man, dass das Zimmer schon ziemlich abgewirtschaftet ist. Die Flächen waren zum Teil verkratzt und fleckig. Es war sauber, aber offensichtlich wurden nicht geeignete Putzmittel verwendet.
Außerdem hatten wir Mängel im Badezimmer. Abfluss verstopft. Duschekopf defekt. Toilettendeckel locker. Erst nach ein paar Minuten diskusion wurden die Mängel angesehen, aber nicht behoben. Ein anders Zimmer war angeblich nicht verfügbar. Im Endeffekt wurden mir knapp die Hälfte des Zimmerpreise erlassen. Das Geld wurde auch sofort zurück überwiesen.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war vermutlich noch nicht so erfahren und etwas überfordert mit der Situation.

Nije bilo moguće doći do ključa sobe,bio je kasni check in,aparat nije mogao pronaći moju rezervaciju i ostao sam bez kreveta iako je bilo unaprijed plaćeno

Sehr gutes Hotel - für unseren Zwischenstopp auf der Heimreise perfekt
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Rückreise aus Kroatien und nutzten das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, alles war perfekt. Man durfte sogar seinen Hund mit zum Frühstück nehmen, was ich sehr gut fand. Meinen Hund in einer fremden Umgebung sofort im Zimmer allein zu lassen fände ich nicht gut. Dann hätten wir auf's Frühstück verzichtet
