I will look at other options next time and expect to pay a bit more.
Pros:

They were able to check me in in a few minutes. Location was next to interstate 70 a bit noisy but convenient.

Cons:

This place is a bit run down. Showing its age and doesn’t appear to be in any type of repair. Kinda dumpy but I guess we get what we pay for.

Finally went to sleep 5 am the next day, with the lights on and killed the bedbugs.
Pros:

Was given a discount on the room, but my bank was still charged the regular price.

Cons:

Found two bed bugs after they bit me, didn’t sleep well at all!

Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone
Pros:

It was in a good location walking distance to grab some food

Cons:

Stayed there twice in two weeks and both times was unable to shower in the morning. There was hot water in the evening in the rooms but by morning there was none. Both times they informed us that the boiler had just broken that day.

Cons:

Once I got there I had to wait for someone to appear at the front desk. Then was told they had no hot water. They never bothered to let me know before I arrived. They knew hours before. I'm very disappointed with this hotel.

Pros:

It was comfortable a little strong on bug spray but close to everything and Hospital which is what i neede to stay for hospital appts thank you for taking good care of us
