Red Roof Inn Cullman

Its a little run down ,bedspread was dirty .just needs better cleaning.

Floors were wet with strong cleaning solution and floors were dirty. Only 2 thin towels in bathroom and bathroom door would not close. Bedspread was dirty. Room was expensive for condition

I booked online through Expedia while I was in the lobby. I had my service dog with me got to the room. The air conditioning was blowing hot. I went up to the front desk. There were no other rooms available for pets. They would not work with me whatsoever. and Expedia would not refund me my money either, even though when I tried to cancel, it was still in progress. And I quite literally open the door to the room and close the door to the room after filling the hot air blowing out of the air-conditioning.

The gentleman at the front desk was super quick, we were exhausted off the road just needed a night!
He gave me an extra blanket, everything was super clean, floors were a bit damp but let’s be honest it’s Alabama it’s humid period. Tile floors were great and the showers were all updated. Wish I’d taken pics everything looked newly updated for a motel like it I was surprised being the old style outside.

Room was not clean. The floor was filthy. Dirty windows. Nothing like the red roof birmingham south. Wouldn't recommend it.

Housekeeping was terrible. Dirty sheets with hair on them. Filthy floor in bathroom

It was fine, just not updated and not the usual hotel experience most of us are used to these days. My room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking I feel like it had been smoked in at some point. It was overall not a bad experience just not the finest stay I've ever had.

Very good clean room for the money

My sheets were not changed. The tub was dirty. It smelled like a dog. I was itching from whatever was in there. I was too tired to even complain or look for anything else.

I was double charged. Hotels.com charged me and then the hotel its self charged me as well..

Filthy, disgusting, big infested, worn down place. Hole in shower wall. Bugs crawling on ceiling and walls. Smelled terrible. No soap. Bathtub was gross. Questionable guests. One drunk guy was pounding on my door late at night…had the wrong room. My skin crawls just thinking about this place!

Questionable guests…drunk guy banging on my door late last night because he went to the wrong room. Disgusting place. My skins still crawling when I think about it. You would be better to sleep in your car, then go in this place.

This property is totally run down. The room smelled of urine and the A/C did not work.

Always nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great value!
