Cons:

Nothing against the company just had an irate customer Nextdoor to my room and they ended up getting escorted out by police quick action on sonesta’s part.

What a find!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel while visiting our son in San Jose. We can't say enough GREAT things about our stay! Our room was great- and large, including a table and an extra comfy chair and ottoman. The breakfast buffet offered tasty, plentiful, fresh, and delicious food. There were also a lot of common space.
We enjoyed drinks at the restaurant. Maria, our bartender on Monday, was the best! She was friendly and funny. Maria made you feel as though we were long-time friends.
We found the location central, the hotel well-maintained, and the staff accommodating.
Looking forward to our next stay!
