A getaway that was needed. Everything that I needed was accessible, very comfortable in deed.
Pros:

I'm not much of a breakfast person but it nice knowing that it was there in case I decided to eat, Place was very nice and clean. The people that I did run into were very hospitable. I hope to return soon.

Cons:

Really can't say, I was very pleased with what I had and what I had see,. Sorry nothing negative say, all positive.

I did not eat breakfast here, as I believe it was an additional fee. I liked the overall location of the hotel.

Cons:

I'm not sure that this hotel was prepared for a large concert event. We arrived to the hotel at 4:45 after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours. I made it up to the checkout desk, and was simply told that my room would not be available for 45 minutes. No explanation. I said "I thought check in time was at 4pm?" the man, who was not very friendly or accommodating simply stated, "it is." I had to press further and ultimately found out that too many people checked out late, so many of the rooms were still being cleaned... at 4:45 pm. We tried to make the best of it. My daughter and her friend had to get ready in the public bathroom, and many others had to use the gym facilities. Walls were fairly thin too, a lot of banging and clanging around at 4am...

Was told I couldn’t use the stairs. There for a concert and planned on getting ready in our room before but we were unable to because it was an hour and a half past check in and they said our room wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes.

Will definitely come abck at the same rate. Spending a week a month in the area for work.
Cons:

No room cleaning over the stay.
Drink prices (water, soda).
Tried to extend my booking by an additional 8 nights but rates were not comparable to extened booking. Went to another hotel nearby.

Pros:

Hotel and Rooms are very clean. Staff is really nice and professional. The only complaint and it's a big complaint, is regarding the misleading description regarding the shuttle service and the $19 parking fee. The main reason I booked at this hotel knowing they charge $19 parking fee is because of the free shuttle service which I consider a trade off since they charge a parking fee. The description states 5 mile radius from hotel which per description includes Levi Stadium, but at check in I was advised shuttle service was only for airport which is not made clear anywhere on hotel description. Had that been made clear I might not have booked there knowing other hotels don't charge for parking and have similar pricing and distance to the stadium. Please update shuttle description so future customers can make an informed decision when booking at this hotel.
