Poor A/C, NO breakfast.

Close to family location for visit. Safe area.

Filled all out for Windham Super 8 Q and A. Room clean, but not opened or air turned on before arrival. HOT, 90's in room. I turned on A/C and left for 6 hours, Came back and room was not very comfy yet. Many outlets did not work. Lone employee (manager?) up front does not speak clear English. Nobody there in the AM. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT 8:20AM when I went to get even a coffee. Call office from desk. Manager says breakfast only from 6AM to 9AM, and then unclear non English response. No evidence there ever WAS any breakfast served earlier. Loaded and left by 9:30AM and left keys at 'self checkout' as they called it. Won't go back that's for sure. Not worth the rate charged.

Over all our stay was good just didnt like we had to come In and clean our bathroom and worry about

I liked the room was very spacious and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom/restroom was dirty and had roaches and bugs. The sink and bathtub was also dirty we had to clean it before using it.

Pros:

It was close to where I had to go.

Cons:

The air conditioner smelled like mold. Before we turned it on, the room smelled funny. The bathroom floors were slimey. The drywall around the bathtub was obviously quick fixed to hide the mold and water damage under the fix. I wont stay here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

From the moment we entered the room, cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The walls had what appeared to be food or other stains on them. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the desk had not even been wiped down and still had leftover food on it, and several of the towels appeared dirty as well.

The bathroom was especially concerning. The bathtub contained a mat that was visibly filthy, and the bathroom exhaust vent looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. To make matters worse, the water had a strong odor that smelled like wet paint whenever it was turned on.

The condition of the hallways wasn’t any better, as there were dead cockroaches visible outside the rooms.

The only positive thing I can say is that the staff members we interacted with were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the overall condition and cleanliness of the property.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and maintenance.

I will be staying again, I highly recommend this place.
Pros:

I love how great the staff are, room was very clean and cozy, walking distance to collage hills shopping center . Very quiet and overall a pleasant stay!

No complaints everything was fantastic
