Nothing except they did give me a refund when they did not have the room I booked.

Cons:

When you walked into the office it had a strong odor of urine. The property was run down and very dirty. We booked a room with a roll in shower but was given a room with a tub. When we went back to the front desk and showed him the room type we booked he said his facility did not have any rooms like this and he had no idea why this type of room was offered. We asked for a refund and he gave it to us right away.

The price was good and the location was in a quite neighborhood

They didn’t have any housekeeping staff, they didn’t clean the rooms or change the bedding unless we asked them to do it and then it was hard for them to put clean linen on the beds and get clean towels

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Room was too hot even with ac on. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, just bar soap. No iron or ironing board. Not enough towels. Apparently they charge $15 per person staying in the room.
